I had a rash didn't have a appointment they got me in and out in no time and got me on my way to recovery. Awesome.

Fine Dr. He always listens to me Communication within the office and call center and the rest of staff is terrible.took me three attempts with multiple calls to reach the person I wanted!!!!! Then the appointment I made in person was lost.upon arrival I was told by that rude person in the front to go take a seat and we will get to you when we can.2hours later I was done with my 15min appointment.since your move customer service must have stayed in the old building

I truly feel that Dr. Tumuluri and his medical assistants are the best. They are very knowledgeable, kind and professional. However… my last appointment was not great service-wise. I checked in about 10 minutes before my appointment time and was “skipped.” I ended up waiting in the waiting room for almost an hour, seeing many (7-9) patients checking in after me and being taken back. The worst part was that I went up to the front desk and asked nicely if they could check to see if something was wrong, and they rather rudely brushed me off. It wasn’t until 10 minutes later when two more patients had checked in and were immediately called back, that I went back up to the desk and they took me seriously. They started checking and THEN discovered that a mistake had been made. At this point, after about an hour, I was attended to quickly. The medical assistant who took me back was very kind and apologetic and kept me updated about my wait. The doctor was great. I also had to wait briefly when checking out and making my next appointment because the one front desk person had gone into the back and the other was busy on her computer. The lady in the back came back up front and it seemed there was some sort of miscommunication between the two. My next appointment was set with no apology for ignoring and brushing me off previously. I hope my next appointment goes better.

I was very satisfied with my doctor visit with Dr. Tumuluri and his staff. They were very professional and really listened to my questions and concerns. All of my concerns were addressed and also Doctor Tumuluri made some helpful recommendations.

I have been seeking DR Tumulari for a number of years and he has always taken the time to explain everything to me. I think that is one of the most important traits in a doctor.

Dr Tumulari is a wonderful physician. He listens to his patients and explains plans well. His bedside manner is always top notch.

Dr. was prepared, had reviewed my history, asked appropriate questions all satisfactorily. Wonderful bedside manner. Staff seemed competent. Office clean. Wait time was too long. This was an initial visit. I plan on continuing with him.

Dr. Tumuluri has been my primary care physician for about 2 years now after switching medical providers. He is very professional, very well educated and a great beside manner. I highly recommend him.

Very friendly. Very quick yet thorough. He helped me out with my high blood pressure and my nerve pain from damaged nerves. I am not completely pain free but about 75 % better than I was. I feel like I can enjoy life again. Thanks Dr Vinay!

Dr. Tumuluri and his staff are very nice and very professional. I didn’t have to wait long to see him at all. The office was very clean and he was friendly. This was my first time seeing him and he made me feel like I was an old patient of his. He politely asked me if one of the Nurse Practitioners could join our appointment, which was fine. I notice that not all doctors ask, but he did. He told me what I needed to do, gave me a plan and scheduled me to come back in 4 weeks. I left my appointment feeling very confident about my health moving forward.

Very nice new facility and Dr. Tumuluri took his time and answered any questions that I had.

My husband and I are new patients. We have found the support staff to be professional and friendly. Dr.T is personable and has a relaxed "bedside manner." We both have great confidence in him and his staff. We feel very fortunate to have been placed in his care when our previous doctor moved to California. It is a good feeling to have a doctor you trust!

All the staff was very polite and really helped with my fear of doctors. The doctor really took the time to make me feel comfortable and then answered all my questions and listened to everything that was going on with me and then addressed my issues and concerns one at a time.

My visit with Dr V. Tumuluri was very pleasant. He didn’t push me on dieting, exercise or surgery. He asked if I wanted some information on a low carb diet. His MA, Beverly was the sweetest person you’d ever want to meet. The receptionist was very helpful. They all made me feel welcomed.

I have never seen a male doctor before because I was never comfortable with the idea. But after being referred to doctor Tumuluri by several of my doctors I took the chance and I'm so glad I did. He was so kind and understanding of all my health needs and overall is a GREAT doctor! Would highly recommend this Wonderful doctor to all my friends and family and actually already have! On top of the his nurse is WONDERFUL and kind! Overall best experience I have ever had with any doctor! I have never seen a male doctor before because I was never comfortable with the idea. Doctor Tumuluri has been very insightful with his selection of medication, and is supportive in health decisions.

Dr. Tumuluri has been my primary care physician for over 15+ years. Dr. Tumuluri is well known in the medical field. He is the type of doctor who takes his time with his patients and really listens to them. He displays good bedside manners. He completes a thorough medical examination and orders any and all tests that are required until both he and the patient have answers. If Dr. Tumuluri can't help you, he refers you to other great doctors. I tore all of the ligaments on my right ankle and he sent me to another doctor who performed surgery and all is well. The entire staff at Dr. Tumuluri's office are wonderful. They always have smiles and greet you in a friendly, professional manner. I have never had to sit in the waiting room or examination room for long periods of time, to see the doctor. They get you in and out in a timely manner. This was my second visit with Dr. Tumuluri as a check in/ checkup. Although he does not know me or my medical history very well, he followed through on what he did know and ordered tests to gather more information. I am very happy with how our visit went. We got in and out in a timely manner. They always offer the best care for my brother.

Dr Tumalari was very through , covered all my problems, addressed the most important, at the time, I was well pleased, with him. Think I made a good choice, for a new doctor.

Felt alittle rushed

Check in is very smooth and fast. From the time they took me to a room in the back it was only about 15 minutes before I was seen by the Dr. The Dr was very professional and well educated on everything that involved me.

I'm always pleased with the staff and care I get from Dr. Tumuluri. I never have to wait long, and Dr. Tumuluri listens and doesn't appear to be in a hurry. Very happy to have him as my doctor.

My appointments with Dr Tumuluri are almost always pleasant. I sincerely appreciate his manner and concerns. He is always very professional and takes the time to listen to music concerns offering well founded advice. His staff, particularly Laurie and Jessica, are kind and always have a smile for me.

Having been informed that further tests were needed to diagnose my difficulties within minutes of leaving the facility was a welcome surprise. Thanks for the due diligence.

I love this Doctor.. He cares about you, he is witty and easy to talk to..Not bad looking either???? The nurses and staff are great also...

Dr. Tumuluri and his staff are very caring and professional in meeting my medical needs. I needed to be seen by Dr. Tumuluri after being hospitalized in another state and they were able to fit me in immediately. Everyone was very nice and made me feel welcome from the get go. Thank you.

Unprofessional, spends minimal time with patient, does not answer questions and refuses medical duties.

If you require any, return to work paperwork, required by your employer, expect it to take at least a week! Sat two different times, once over a week, both times unpaid, due to doctor not filling out employer required paperwork. Last appointment the doctor even refused to fill it out again. So, not sure how I will proceed. After going through this process over 6 months, may have to start over, with a different Bariatric doctor, as you do not have a choice to see another provider with Northwest Bariatric (LaPorte). If you require any, return to work paperwork, required by your employer, expect it to take at least a week! Dr. Tumuluri is always attentive to my needs and concerns. Very gentle and never rushes with you. My husband also goes to Dr.T and he feels the same way as I do. We are glad we found him.

Great experience from the time I walk in the door. The receptionist is friendly and helpful and the wait is not long past my scheduled appointment time. (definite plus) The assistant was also friendly and professional in the exam room while taking information and vitals. The wait for Dr. Tumulari was not prolonged in the exam room either. He is very helpful and respectful and offers good advice without being critical. I have had experiences that have made me feel uncomfortable or a little ashamed, but not with him. I think his positive attitude and encouragement have definitely made me successful in my weight loss. Great experience from the time I walk in the door.
