Not only is Dr. Gaudiani the best in the field with a well known good reputation, he is a wonderful caring, humble human being. I cannot say enough positive about him and his office staff (Diana). He replaced my husband's ascending aortic root aneurysm and valve, saved his life, and we are forever grateful.

Tomorrow will be the 5th year anniversary of my husband's aortic valve stenosis surgery. It was seamlessly performed by Dr. Gaudiani and his team. My husband is hopping and more energetic than ever! My husband has been monitored since he was detected with heart murmur which had been in his health records since his youth days in Germany. It was never raised a flag by his doctors of earlier years until 7yrs ago. In our first visit to Dr. Gaudiani, we had direct connection. We felt his passion, engagement, and confidence in treating my husband. We read many reviews and watched Dr.'s speeches online. When we visited Vincent, we were convinced that he is the 'heart technician' as he claimed. He recommended El Camino Hospital which has the best equipment and team. My husband recovered in 3 days and totally enjoyed a Japan tour 3month later. Dr. Gaudiani thoughtfully planted a larger valve to enable the minimally invasive TAVR procedure that will be needed in ~12 yrs due to the lifespan of bio-valve. Six years ago today I was recovering from a mitral valve repair in Mountain View. After consulting with a surgeon in Fresno following hospitalization for bacterial endocarditis I contacted Dr. Gaudiani because I knew of his reputation. I immediately felt safe with him and confident that he was my best option. I think fondly and appreciatively of Dr. Gaudiani and all of the team at the hospital in Mountain View including Dr. Lee, the anesthesiologist, and the many gifted nurses who cared for me. As I left my post-operative appointment six years ago, Dr. Gaudiani quoted Dylan Thomas as he said to me; “Do not go gentle into that good night, Old age should burn and rave at close of day; Rage, rage against the dying of the light." Amazing surgeon. Did my valve repair 12 years ago, I can not rate him highly enough.

Dr Vince Gaudiani and his team were fantastic. I went in for my third aorticvalve replacement. My first two were done by other surgeons. My original valve was 25 mm. First replacement was 23mm and lasted 19 years. Second replacement was 21mm and lasted 6 years. In our first meeting he indicated that my aortic root needed to be replaced to accommodate the correct size valve. A 25 mm. The surgery was completed and I am feeling better and Stronger than I have in years (it has been 3 months). Vince and his team were superb from beginning to end.
