No, I do not recommend this office. They practice Insurance Fraud and Double Billing. My insurance covered procedures, but they do not file the claim for payment.

Dr. Mariano and his team are ROCK STARS! I had to have some pretty extensive work done on my two front teeth as a result of a ski accident. I needed an implant and post. Needless to say I was extremely anxious. The entire process took 5 months (as they told me it would) and I could not have had a better experience. The entire team was detail orientated and they did not stop until they were completely, 100% satisfied. My case was not an easy one and I truly appreciate the fact that they were so professional. All of the office staff are very professional, but more importantly they are compassionate and considerate. I know that I am not alone in my admiration for EMA (WOW I actually love my dentist) as I see the interactions that go on with other patients during my office visits and I can tell that feel the same. Dr. Mariano is the best of the best! He is knowledgeable, gentle, attentive and very sharp. At the whole practice, they always strive for the best and to make your experience as relaxing and comfortable as possible. They always try to stay on the cutting edge of technology; I just picked up my new state of the art sleep appliance for sleep apnea (I have an overbite also) and he spent nearly an hour making small adjustments to the appliance so it fit comfortably in my mouth and wasn't too tight on my teeth. Totally impressed with the excellent care I received from Dr V Mariano. His friendly staff, ease of booking appts and availability is second to none. I had a very complicated dental problem and was referred to him by my dentist who said Dr Mariano was the best in the area. I spent over $1600 on treatment with Dr. Mariano and my conditioned has only worsened. He made a $1200 appliance for my teeth that was completely inappropriate for my condition. Dr. Mariano recognized this so when he made a second appliance that was less expensive he didn't charge me for it, but it too was as equally ineffective and inappropriate for addressing my problem. He was insensitive to my anxiety disorder, he made offensive remarks undermining the legitimacy of my disease and left me feeling foolish and insulted. Now his office is hounding me for a $78 bill I owe. I can't believe it.

I paid over $1500 and my condition has only worsened since I've spent time in treatment with Dr. Mariano. He made me an appliance for $1200 that was completely inappropriate for my condition. To reconcile that he created another appliance that was equally ineffective, and again, not appropriate for my problem. In addition he had a glib attitude towards my anxiety disorder. it was rude and unprofessional. Now I'm being hunted for measly $78 bill, I'd like to know when I'll be reimbursed my $1200

I was referred to Dr. Mariano by my Ortho and dentist. Requesting his input and advice on which should be done first braces or implants. Dr. Mariano fitted me with a night guard, I asked questions, he was vaque saying 'one step at a time'.. I paid in full, upon completion he fitted me with the appliance and then let me know 'oh...this cannot be worn with braces'. The appliance was $1800. He never communicated with my ortho, my oral surgeon or dentist and the appliance cannot be used with implants either. My last visit a desk clerk came in asked if I would consider leaving my dentist and have my cleanings ad dental work done in their office. What a shock and what a dissappointment, for me and for my orthodontist and dentist.

I went to him with a referral from my ortho. The request; "what should be done first, braces or an implant?". Dr. Mariano fitted me for a night guard. I questioned the appliance and asked where it fit in the process. His response "one step at a time". Upon completion and payment of this $1800 night guard he let me know it was not compatible with braces. Well..it is not compatible with my implant strategy either. Also, I was asked if I would consider leaving my primary dentist and use them.

My son has Asperger's Syndrome as well as significant dental challenges. Dr. Mariano and all his staff have been extremely kind to my ( adult) son and have treated him with respect. He has been taken quickly in for an emergency appointment more than once, and generosity has been extended to him in terms of payment. I have recommended Dr, Mariano to others.

I did my homework and found myself as patient of Dr. Mariano. I could tell you the positive impact his work had on my life & how I was finally able to smile full and bright. Instead I'm going to talk about how his work brought a friend of 12 years to tears when they saw me. When asked why, they responded "because it was the 1st time they had ever seen me smile unabashedly & with such joy in public!" His work IS life changing! Don't postpone your OR your loved one's joy. Invest in your smile

I would highly recommend his office to anyone looking for a professional and talented dentist. He listens to all of your concerns and answers all your questions completely and promptly. All of the staff is welcoming and works around your schedule for appointments. And if you have an emergency, they always fit you in.
