I had been suffering from heel pain for over 25 years and it looked like my only solution was surgery. I didn't want to be out of work for 6 weeks plus scar tissue which would be just as bad as the heel spur. I thought I would just have to live with the pain until I heard a commercial on the radio for Mid Ohio Foot and Ankle. Dr. Staschiak explained everything and answered all the questions I had. The day of the procedure Dr Staschiak numbed my foot and used shock waves to break up my heal spur and provide blood flow to the foot. You wear headphones because the machine is loud but Dr Staschiak put some Genesis on for me to listen to while he worked on my foot. It only took about an hour and I was in my shoe. They said I might experience some pain and to take Tylenol but I just elevated my foot the day of surgery at home. The next day I woke with no pain and my limp is gone!!! I did not need any Tylenol for pain. I wish I would have done this sooner , I will tell everyone I know to use your clinic I can't thank you enough for what you have done for me!!!

Excellent knowledge of the foot and very honest about diagnosis. I would highly Recommend using them as you won’t regret it.

Excellent foot care specialist! Dr. Staschiak explained in detail my condition and treatment . Very kind and caring staff made me feel at home. Could see a big difference after treatment and continue to see improvement each day! Would highly recommend.

EXTRAORDINARILY BRILLIANT METICULOUS PODIATRIC PHYSICIAN AND SURGEON!

Misdiagnosed injury and poor experience. I went to see Dr. Staschiak for a tennis related injury - that was ultimately diagnosed by Orthopedic doctors as a Peroneal ligament tear (only partial at the time of visit with Dr. Staschiak. The visit was odd from the beginning (his office is part of a foot spa business). He and his staff were joking about all being hungover and, in possibly a related matter, they x-rayed the wrong foot (one shoe off should have been a clue) before getting it right. He pushed on my foot for about 3 seconds and pronounced it to be some frontal foot ligament issue and said I needed a steroid /vitamin shot. I came back a week later and he asked if that helped. I said there was zero improvement and he gave me another one. He said I could resume full activities and a week later I fully tore my Peroneal ligament resulting in surgery. Something is way off about this practice and I can't warn people strongly enough to avoid it and Dr. Staschiak. Misdiagnosed injury and poor experience. Went above and beyond my expectation. He treats his clients like family and cares deeply about our health. He has removed my husband's nasty ingrown toe nails in a very perfessonal manor and does great work. 10/10 recommend.

I was recommended to try pain relief from my Neuromas thru a series of injections. They have, even if only temporarily, taken away the pain.

Great experience. No issues, Doctor was busy with appointments and I had to wait on first visit (but not long.) Would definitely recommend. Foot feels so much better.

Got me in did surgery keep following up till no discomfort

I had a great experience. I appreciate not having to wait long to see the doctor. I was always seen close to my appointment time. I had a great result from my surgery!

The doctor explained the procedure and had my spirits high for a successful treatment of my foot problem that may end the pain. I've had Morton neuromas in both feet for 44 years.

Dr. Staschiak and his staff are friendly and professional. Not once have I felt “talked down” to or lectured. I feel as though my own input and perspectives are valued aspects of my treatment.

I had bilateral bunionectomies done, 6 weeks apart. I had a great experience with both surgeries and quick recoveries. I’m less than 6 months out and I’m back all of my shoes, usual activities, and high intensity workouts. I wish I had this done years ago.

I appreciate how personable he is and the care he and his staff provide.

I had surgery for Hallux Rigidus. The surgery was rushed and sloppy, which he completely missed a spur which require another surgery. After Care was also lacking, only concerned about infection and not how well the foot is working or what physical therapy is recommended. Staff was not friendly and not very well educated about insurance and billing. Carve a wide path around this one and go somewhere else...

Pleasant and resolving the issue

Dr. Staschiak diagnosed the source of my pain (mortens neuroma), explained the treatment plan, and made it all better! After 4 injections, my pain was gone. The office staff is super kind and efficient and made this experience easy and positive.

I really appreciate the service render and the front desk person and the attending nurse.

Dr. Staschiak, was very professional and very knowledge of what needed to be done. He listen to my concerns always in a great and friendly mood. Even after being in boot and having hurt his back in a fall his mood never changed. My experience at Feet for Life was awesome!! I give Dr. Staschiak and his WONDERFUL STAFF 10 Stars. Dr. Staschiak was very through the first visit. He was able to identify why I was having pain and developed a plan to minimize my pain going forward. I’m happy to say I now have very little pain from plantar fasciitis!!

Dr Staschiak was extremely knowledgeable and actually explained what was happening and how to correct the problem. If I would have know that I didn’t have to suffer I would have gone in soooo much sooner!!

I can’t say enough positive things about my experience. I typically never leave feedback on these types of things. However I know when I was looking for a podiatrist I was wanting to know others experiences. After dealing with a bad experience with a podiatrist I won’t name. I came to see Dr Staschiak. He impressed me from the start because he actually LISTENED to my problem. He took the time to explain why I was experiencing the problem I was having and then came up with a plan on how to fix it. I am now 1 week post op. I am no longer taking any medication. I can tell my foot already is much better. His staff is great as well. They always found a way to fit me in when I was in pain. And a assistant by the name of Amber treated me so kindly before my surgery. I had some anxiety and she put my mind at ease and treated me like I was a friend of hers. Amazing experience

Dr. Staschiak and his staff provided excellent care with a smile! He is very down to earth, listens and explains things well. My surgery was a success and I am very pleased with all pre, post and surgical care.

I’m When I found Feet for Life I had been dealing with pain from a previous foot surgery. The doctor I had in the past never seemed to listen to what I was telling him was wrong. I finally decided it was time to find a new doctor. From day 1 I felt like Dr. Staschiak was listening to me. After years of frustration I finally found the best podiatrist around. The office is great to work with. If I called with a problem they always seemed to find a way to fit me in. And when I finally decided it was time for surgery again I felt at ease that Dr. Staschiak was going to do a great job. When I had extra questions and anxiety Amber one of his assistants treated me with such kindness. I’m officially 1 week post op and I can tell my foot is already much better. I will be a patient for life.

Dr.Staschiak is the best! I got my first foot done with him and now getting ready to have him do my other. He has not only helped me but also both of my parents. I recommend everyone to him! Also his staff and nurses are amazing and kind, they always keep a smile on my face.

I actually enjoyed my visit to the center. All the staff members were very understanding of my situation. Dr. Staschiak was very easy to understand (though, he did talk fast) and kind of funny. (I always appreciate doctors with a good sense of humor.) I feel very comfortable returning to this place again.

A bit hurried in his manner initially but addressed the problem. Very satisfactory results.

There is hope after seeing this doc n seeing a change in my pain levels after a long time.

Have gout in right foot. X-rays taken & problem determined in 15 min. Given a cortisone shot to relieve the problem. All was very efficient and Dr Staschiak and his entire staff were very personable with excellent attitudes.

I have suffered with flat foot pain my entire life. When I came to Dr. Staschiak I was not aware of any treatment for this besides physical therapy. But after speaking with him and going through surgery I feel overwhelmed with gratitude for his help. I can't wait to have my other foot operation and be done with flat foot pain for good. Thank you Dr. Staschiak and your wonderful team. You have changed my life!
