The team is courteous, thorough, reliable, and have an admirable dedication to giving their patients the best possible experience – online and in the clinic. We 100% recommend!

I've been a patience here for over 15 years...My doctor , Dr. Draughon is the best. He really cares about his patience. The staff is friendly and very professional. I've never had a bad experience with them. When I moved to Smithfield, I kept MOFMC as my doctors and I traveled over an hour on a monthly basis. Never going back again if I can help it. I don't trust a physician's office that doesn't require masks during a worldwide pandemic. When I asked, back in March of 2020, how they knew they were negative, I was told they all took their temperatures every morning. All that tells them...is that they didn't have a temperature that morning. Pfft. Even I knew what asymptomatic spread was.???? Never going back again if I can help it. How some staffs won’t keep away from patients

They never detected my cancer until it was too late ????

This is the most unprofessional place that I have ever experienced. If I could give this place zero stars I would. I have been here for 2 hours waiting to be seen. I will no longer bring my money here

This place is a joke. Worst doctor office experience I have ever had. Just so you know, the staff that works there thinks HIPPA is a joke and talk about their patients personal information to their families and friends. If you have personal medical info you don't want the whole town talking about, don't go here. #truth

I have been waiting here to be seen since 12:20... it’s 1:55 now. People are laughing and having fun I’m about to be late for practice I’ve been kind and patient, but when I’m the only person that’s not leaving the parking lot it’s hard to be that! terrible experience on the phone. the lady was rude just as soon as she picked up. she was mumbling and clearly annoyed. i told her i wanted to schedule an appointment for mental health and she had an attitude. she said they “don’t do mental health here”. i have been going there for mental health’s reasons for 2 years.

I have been sitting in my car for 3.5 hours now waiting to be seen. Despite their claims, they are not busy. I see employees at the door just standing around, carrying on, and talking. This place is the most unprofessional and negligent medical office I have ever been to. I was seen there for over a year while I lived in Mt Olive. They misdiagnosed my late stage cancer as "sinus infections" and "flu". When I finally consulted a doctor at UNC for a second opinion, I was diagnosed with late stage metastatic cancer that should have been caught prior through all the symptoms I had. Prior to going into my surgery at UNC, I had a rash on my face and went into MOFMC walk in care, because how hard is it to diagnose a rash?...instead they claimed I had caught MRSA from going to UNC. They did no testing for this diagnosis that turned out wasn't true, after UNC tested me 3 times for it...all were negetive but since MOFMC put it on my record I had to waste precious time in my treatment to get this cleared off my record. The third opportunity I gave MOFMC, was to remove stitches UNC put in during a lymph removal, instead of driving three hours to UNC. UNC even faxed them instructions on how the stitches should be removed. But no, they messed that up too. When I had my next UNC appointment, they found there were 3 stitches that had not been taken out, that my skin had grew around that had to be cut out. As you can imagine, this was painful and would never have happened if MOFMC had done the procedure correctly, or even take the time to consult the instructions that UNC sent. After 3 major mess ups on their part (that could literally have cost my life) I would NEVER recommend this facility. Do yourself a favor and drive the 30 minutes to Goldsboro! My phone is NOT SET UP VOICE MAIL, It means i can't receive any voice mail from any one , but this office sent me a mail and it said I have to pay $25 for missed an appointment. but am not receive any voice mail bc my fone Is Not SET UP VOICE MAIL, how can my mom know appointment?????but they still Want $25. And I stopped by a gave them $25. Rich people still want $$$$ from the poor people. God will know about that. I really got mad with them. I never come back. Great Staff and great experience!

Always seen fast. Best care I have ever received. Staff is very friendly.

Super efficient and courteous. Prompt and very helpful. If you don't have a primary care physician and you live in Mount Olive or the surrounding area you should check them out!

Dr. Wilson is sincerely one of the best doctors in the world! He is patient, caring and thorough! He treats me with respect, and he is working deligently to help me to become as healthy as possible and to maintain a healthy living. Absolute nightmare from beginning to end. When I called to make an appointment they told me I could come in to the walk in clinic and request new patient paperwork while I was there to see a regular doctor there. I arrived to be seen and I was given paperwork, I told them I needed new patient paperwork and they gave me more paperwork. I filled it out, returned it to them and I was seen. When I called later to make an appointment to see my regular doctor, they told me I wasn't a patient, I still needed to do new patient paperwork then implied I was seeking pain medicine. After several days trying to sort this out I discovered they had not given me the complete new patient paperwork I asked for. I had to drive back to straighten out there mistake; They would not take responsibility for that mistake telling me I should have asked for new patient paperwork before. I was also told I could choose which doctor I wanted but I found out later that they had made that decision for me, without consulting me. I spent several months in physical therapy as a result of misdiagnosis of a herniated disc as a pulled hamstring. When I moved out of state I requested to have my records sent to me, they refused to send them to me telling me they would only send them to a provider with the proper request form. As I repeatedly asked my records to be sent to me, not a provider, I was belittled as if I didn’t understand the instructions. In reality, it was their simple minded staff that couldn’t understand my simple request to send the records to me. I spent several days arguing while they denied me my right to my records before I had to ask for a supervisor to get the records I needed to continue my treatment out of state. Bottom line is that every appointment, every form, every request was a bother to them and I felt like a nuisance rather than a patient. If you want to receive sub-standard medical care while being belittled and treated like a second class citizen, then this is the place to go. I'm glad I moved so I won't have to put up with them anymore. Absolute nightmare from beginning to end. Don’t waste your time if you’re not already a patient. And I certainly hope you don’t need a new doctors office because they’re not taking new patients until SPRING. Not even my 3 sick babies that need to be seen. Absolutely rude.

Called to make a appoint with Dr Kadir. When I arrive the put me in with a phsycians asst. I hasked for meds that Dr Kadir offered me a few months back and the PA said you will have to Dr Kadir. So I ask that Dr Kadir call me. His nurse calls and says I have to make another appt....This is a money grabbing place...so now I have to pony up kmore money for Dr Kadir.....This is insane. Wonderful doctors and staff.

I love Mt.Olive family medicine, My physician is Peggie Park she is a wonderful PA and she is a woman with a big heart and her assistant is a very sweet lady.

I just recently moved so sadly my kids can't go here anymore because we moved to the other side of the state but I just want to say how amazing this place is, how nice, respectful and caring these folks are! Dr.Shnurbush (I hope I spelled that right) is so amazing with kids! I am taking my kids to a doctor out our way now and I'm so unhappy with this place, I miss Mt.olive peds sooo much! So if your looking for a good place to go for yourself or your kids please consider this place! Miss you guys!
