Do not go this physician. Doesn’t listen to patient’s concerns ignores them and you end up with a lifetime of hardship. Patient’s DO KNOW more than doctors!

I don't know if the doctor is good or not, but the office is absolutely not. Trying to schedule an appointment and they want me to tell my problem over the phone! This is ridiculous.

Horrible people called to make the appointment and was told the doctor works with the hospital and people from the hospital to fill in whens she not available. I cannot believe the incompetence of these people and the absolute lack of sense of urgency First of all, I scheduled an appointment to come see them to get my annual and get on birth control. They scheduled me one month from the day I called because they were fully booked, they call me two days before my appointment and canceled (God knows why.) So They rebook me ONE MONTH later, its been 2 months since im waiting on my appointment and today is the day and I check that they canceled my appointment again! My wife came in today for a procedure and Dr. Lyra explained the problem and what are the next steps for a full recovery. Not only Dr. Lyra made my wife feel at ease, she definitely made this husband, appreciate her explanation much more. Now the office staff were fantastic! Since Gigi left the environment hasn’t been the same at this office. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere where the staff knows what they are doing. Billing was a huge headache when I’ve always had insurance.

She was Terrible super rough when doing my pap she made me bleed and then when I asked why is she so rough and why I’m I bleeding she said it happens! I never had that happen to me nor had someone do my pap so rough! Her staff is also rude! I’ll never go back here again!

Staff was very courteous. Office clean and bright.As this was a first visit, Dr. Lyra read through all my prior information and medical history and asked appropriate questions. Although I had to wait, this is not unusual in most medical offices.

If you can't control your menstrual cycle, be prepared to pay. I had an appointment and the same morning started my menstrual cycle. I called to reschedule and was told I would be charged $35 as a "no show". Even when they refuse to do a pap smear while on your cycle and it's heavy. First day = heavy. This is so wrong.

I wouldn't even give it a star. First of all, on the consultation, she barely took the time to do the exam and answered my question, I even had to stop her half naked because she was ready to leave the room and I still had more questions. Then, I went for an ultrasound and the doctor wasn't there and no one called me to let me know if things were OK, I had to call and ask if everything was OK, and the lastly, she prescribed depo shots, when it was time for me to get the first one I called to see if a RN who works with me could put it and the secretary said yes, now that I need to get another one she is asking for more information about the previous shot that I didn't know I need it, and because I don't have it they told me I would have to go to another doctor! Very bad experience, you schedul appointment and you always wait couple hours before you get in. Doctor wrote wrong prescription and this is costed me a lot of money after. She never correct it. I don't recommend this office to no one...

This doctor is exceptional! I would recommend her to colleagues and friends. Dr. Lyra's staff is also exceptionel and professional. Dr. Lyra herself is very understanding and knowledgable. I am extremely glad that I found this doctor and her office.

Dr Lyra is a good doctor.. Gigi her assistant is very helpful. The only annoying Part is bringing your id to the doctors every time you visit. They should have a pic in the system so I'd isn't needed every time.

The staff was courteous and attentive. Dr. Lyra was attentive to my concerns and allowed me to be a co-partner in our conversation. When leaving the office, I had a sense of confidence regarding her professional competence. I have been her patient for more than ten years.

After waiting for 1 hr+ I met with the med assistant for the routine questions. However, this was continuously was interrupted since the med assistant was too preoccupied with gossiping with the other med assistant and unable to do both at the same time. Dr. Lyra was incredibly rough & slightly flustered. After staying silent & pleasant the whole time, I told her how I felt to which she replied, "Well maybe you should go back to the doctor you've previously done them with." UNPROFESSIONAL & RUDE

I would never recommend her to anyone. She is so unprofessional,cold and uncaring. She talks bad and untrue about you in the middle of the office to staff. She is about making money and does not care about the patient. I was super I'll from start to finish and needed hospitalization due to the inability to control vomiting and my blood sugar kept dropping no matter what I ate. She told me pregnant is not a disease with a condescending tone and did not help me. She should not be a doctor.

I was a brand new patient when I first met Dr. Lyra for an annual physical. After waiting an hour I was finally called in by the medical assistant. The medical assistant then placed me in a room for the usual questioning before being seen by the doctor. While being questioned, another medical assistant from across the hall started a conversation with the initial medical assistant about food & gossip. This normally wouldn't bother me, however, the initial medical assistant continuously stopped what she was doing to carry on her conversation with the second medical assistant and was unable to do both at the same time. At that point I honestly had a bad feeling but nevertheless, I remained pleasant and didn't say a word. After being placed in the exam room, I met Dr. Lyra. Dr. Lyra was initially incredibly pleasant & welcoming. Next, she started the physical exam which I had previously done countless times, all of them being done smoothly, comfortably, (considering) & without any problems. I found Dr. Lyra to be incredibly rough and a bit all over the place. After remaining pleasant and essentially keeping my mouth shut the whole time, I nonchalantly noted that I didn't recall it being so rough and lightly laughed to keep it lighthearted since I almost always keep my mouth shut when uncomfortable & never say anything, despite truly feeling traumatized by the whole exam. To which Dr. Lyra unapologetically responded (and with a smile on her face), "Well maybe you should go back to the doctor you've previously done them with." I am completely and utterly flabbergasted at how rude a doctor could be to a patient. I believe that ALL doctors should make their patients feel comfortable and at ease but most especially at a gynecologist. But if you don't mind waiting an hour, being continuously interrupted mid-questioning by staff so they can continue their conversation about yogurt & cheesecake, & a doctor who seems could care less about your comfort level, feel free to make an appointment with her. Absolutely HORRIFIC! She is the coldest worst doctor I have ever seen in my life. Her and her office are sooo rude Her license should be revoked due to her lack of professionalism. I did NOT and would NOT let her touch me. She accused me of asking too many questions and I seemed to have annoyed her.
