Wonderful, caring doctor! She's the best. I couldn't have asked for a better doctor. Her staff is also great! If you need a good Pulmonologist make an appointment Dr. Rowland is the best!!

Dr Rowland is extremely knowledgeable and thorough. I rarely write reviews but Dr Rowland and all of her staff exceeded my expectations by far.

Doctor Virginia Rowland and her staff are wonderful! I have been a patient for a while and have had no problems at all. Everyone is pleasant, professional, polite, knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. It is a pleasure for me to have an appointment with Doctor Rowland! I would recommend her to anyone.

BEWARE of this OFFICE!!!! UNCARING, UNPROFESSIONAL and RUDE!!! Can't even get past the office staff. I didn't know I HAD to confirm the day before so they cancelled my appt. "Per Dr's orders" they canceled my appt and I have to reschedule. I've been waiting a whole month to see this "Dr". Experience is everything, I will be spreading this everywhere. Word travels fast!! Staff is very rude and doesn't care about patients. This Dr. doesn't care about her patients, new or current. Regardless if you are someone who keeps appts or not, if you don't confirm the day before you will get cancelled. Doesn't matter. Per the staff, because previous patients no show a lot I have to pay the price. I didn't see the voicemail until today that they left late yesterday. So I'm out of an appt I waited a whole month to see the Dr. What practice does this???? what practice doesn't try to work with you because you are a new patient and do not know their policies. WOW just WOW!!!! Unbelievable!!!

DR. Rowland is a very good Doctor.But she is lacking with her staff. When you call her office never able to reach someone have to leave message which hardly gets answered . I was prescribed therapy 30 days ago still have not had any follow up on it as to where or when.

Dr Rowald really make you feel she cares about your illness. Steps up and order test to get to the root at ground point even if she steps on toes. I love her ans feel confident that she will do what ever she can to get answeres to my otoblems. Takes her time with me ahd exolains till I understand Thanks Doc
