So grateful! Several months ago, Dr. Dev & Staff performed a stent procedure to my right carotid artery; and, all has gone very well! I am extremely pleased with the outcome of the procedure- which has given me a sense of security as I am no longer overwhelmed with the fear of having a stroke. Essentially, with Dr. Dev’s care and expertise, I, most gratefully, have been given a second chance at life! Dr. Dev delivers care in a very professional, compassionate and empathic manner — he takes the time to explain and encourages open discussion about test outcomes and treatment option(s), answers all questions, all of which helped to decrease anxieties, decrease stress level. Words cannot express my appreciation and gratitude to Dr Dev and Staff for all the professional care I received, for helping me to be as healthy as I can be, for as long as I can be! Yes, I would definitely recommend Dr. Dev for assessment and treatment of cardiovascular issues.

I had such a bad experience with Dr. Dev for an endarterectomy last month. He did the surgery for me to have a Cardiac stent appx. 4 years ago. At that time, I found him extremely caring, calm and kind. I was awake for that surgery and found his nurses to be soooo wonderful, as well. I had a 90-95% blockage in my carotid artery. It turns out Dr. Dev doesn’t do endarterectomy, only stents. He didn’t tell me that. He did unnecessary tests (in his office) because he diagnosed less than 70% blockage in my carotid. He was wrong. I wound up going to Keck USC for my surgery. The surgeon said I was really lucky that I hadn’t had a stroke. He said it was almost completely blocked. He is rude and short with his staff. I’m not sure where the competent, kind man has gone. I’m assuming he needs money, or is overly stressed because of his dual role as a Department Head at Los Robles.

Unfortunately, I have been a heart patient since a serious heart-attack back in Michigan in 1992. Last year I would up at Los Robles and Dr. Dev performed a very tricky 4-stent procedure keeping me out of By-Pass Surgery. This past week his amazing staff got me in to his office right away and with 48 hours I was in and out of the hospital with 2-procedures one day after another and I am once again reprieved from the scalpel. His knowledge and experience are unparalleled and his bedside manner and explanations to my wife only add to a great experience in a very tough circumstance. You can't go wrong with Dr. Dev!

I highly recommend Dr. Vishva Dev because he saved my life after I suffered a very serious heart attack . He is both professional , knowledgeable , and a highly respected Cardiologist . Dr. Dev has a great bedside manner . His A team as I call his office staff are very compassionate and look out for the patients at all times . In the past 20 months since I had my event, Dr. Dev makes sure that I have follow up visits whenever necessary . He is very caring . I feel extremely blessed that he saved my life . An AMAZING Dr & person, truly heaven sent! We went to him for a 2nd opinion (for my fathers heart surgery) right away he was so helpful & informative explained everything, making us feel at ease & comfortable. How a Dr should make a scared patient & their family feel. We immediately knew we could trust him. He is so kind, caring, humble, honest, educated & experienced. He went over and beyond for my father to get excellent medical care. He was there every step of the way! We are forever grateful

Had a complete Heart Health work up that included a Angiogram. My entire contact with office staff, PA, examination staff and testing was excellent. Dr. Dev explained the results of each one of the test and the reason for the Angiogram. My experience with the Los Robles Hospital Heart Cath Lab and Recovery was outstanding. I would definitely recommend Dr. Dev to all my family and friends.

We were referred to Dr. Dev after our cardiologist retired. We found Dr. Dev's office staff pleasant and efficient and the available testing within the office itself was a great convenience. We have found the level of care to be excellent. There was 'no stone left unturned', as every aspect of our health was addressed. Dr Dev met with us and discussed our history and then our future with great knowledge and empathy. We felt comfortable and confident.

My wife and I met with Dr Dev last week and I can't say enough how informative, compassionate and attentive he was with dealing with an urgent issue with our son. His office staff was off the chart with helping us a extremely nice. We highly recommend him!

Dr. Dev installed three stents after I visited the emergency room with a heart attack one evening. He radiates confidence and enthusiasm and this really put me at ease. A couple of the staff in the CCU highly recommended Dr. Dev. He has a great resume...check it out on his web site. His office is very nice and the staff is very knowledgable, helpful, and generous with their time. I've had several follow-on tests performed at his office by very professional staff who take pride in their work.

Great cardiologist! Dr Dev is extremely skilled, put that together with him being a perfectionist and you have a top doctor! When I moved into town, I asked three nurses that I knew, that did not know each other for a cardiologist recommendation and independently they each recommended Dr. Dev.

Dr. Dev and his staff are the best there is if you are having heart problems. Has always been extremely concerned with my condition and answers all questions relative to my heart problems. Shows he cares by the way he carry's himself and the knowledge he has regarding his profession. So glad to have him as my first line of defense and my cardiologist. Might not have been here had it not been for him and his staff.

Dr. Dev performed a successful TAVR procedure on me on 5/27/16. He did a superb job.. As of this writing, he has 55 TAVRs to his credit, all successful, with no strokes -- a remarkable success story. I had 100% confidence in Dr. Dev prior to surgery. He has a pleasant manner and is a no nonsense straight talker. I would recommend him to anyone, including my family..

He was amazing, smart and saved my life.

He is highly skilled and thorough. His manner with patients is excellent. Very humble. I had vascular surgery in both legs. The procedures went smoothly and result is excellent.
