Excellent. Has done 3 implants for me in the past and currently finishing up 4 more. Thank you for your patience and caring work ethic. Highly recommend for dental implants which are much better than the root canal and crown method most dentists use which always go bad eventually.

I wanted to post regarding Dr. Doppalapudi's care that I have received for the past 15 years, as I recently had a second opinion at the noted Forsyth Institute. My periodontal condition is advanced and aggressive for my age. Dr. Doppalapudi implemented the standard protocols, with laser gum surgery when the standard protocols were not successful. Overall, he has taken a conservative (that is, limiting surgical operations and antibiotics) approach with my condition. I wanted particularly to mention this point as my consult with the faculty practitioner, as well as another at U-MD with restorative, affirmed Dr. Doppalapudi's guidance. I have not had any issues with Dr. Doppalapudi's technique. Furthermore, his hygenists (who do routine deeper supplemental cleanings) do really good work and have suggestions to try as well. As for his "bedside manner", Dr. Doppalapudi knows that I have some ability to research the topic and so does not hold back on technical details and his professional opinion. I was able to connect every one of the staff. I noticed that they greeted and treated all patients kindly. Dr. Doppalapudi was kind, explained all the options/treatments and did the process professionally.

Unfortunately i was in need of an extraction and also an implant. This can be a traumatic time for someone but if it has to be done Dr. Doppalapudi is the best! We met and he discussed all of my options. Answered all of my questions and started working on the extraction. During the process, he kept me up to date on what he was doing and why which doesn’t always happen. I have 4 implants, all done by Dr. Doppalapudi, all well worth the price to get his experience and knowledge. I won't go to any other Endodontist because Dr.D cares about every one of his patients. It's rare these days that you would be willing to wait until his schedule clears to get in to see him, but it's worth it.

I was sent to Dr Doppalapudi to talk about surgery (gum graph) on the advise of my next-door dentist, who mentioned my gum had receded too much on my pre-molar, although it looked pretty minimal to me. Upon inspection, Dr Doppalapudi explained to me that my gum was still in good condition, and that it would not make sense to take healthy gum from somewhere else and risk damaging that part instead. It seemed that this receding was actually old, probably from wearing braces, and that as long as it wasn't receding further, no action was needed. My wife and I were pleasantly surprised by the honesty of someone who could have made a fair amount of money just by following the advise I had been given by my other dentist. I been going to Dr. Dee for years now, I moved out of VA to CA, back in 2015. I found Dr Dee to be the best, I am still going to DR Dee for all of my regular dental procedures, yes you are reading it right, going all the way back to VA for my dental stuff, I found its worth. I had implants done many years ago. They work so good that I recommended the Doctor to my mother-in-law for her denture work.

A most commendable medical professional. Very trustworthy, skillful and kind periodontist. He is my go to doctor for any kind of dental work.

I visited Dr VD at his office on 7/19. I was there for an extraction. He comes across as very friendly, yet very professional in his approach and in treating me. He took note and discussed whatever i had mentioned in my registration from. He kept me engaged right thru the process and was detailed in describing what he was doing.

My consultation with Dr D generated a very high degree of enthusiasm. His administrative staff members are very kind and helpful. And Dr D is simply superb. He draws on a very deep, sophisticated level of knowledge — and offers sound, well-thought out solutions in a clear, cordial manner! He deserves every single 5-star rating!

My primary Dentist had sent me to Dr. Doppalapudi for specialty work several years ago. Recently (December 2019) I called him when I awakened one day with dental pain, and could not reach my primary. I'm told that he had a full day of appointments plus 3 emergencies (I was the 3rd). He worked me in with very little waiting, and from the attention I got one could have thought that I was his only patient that day. Dr. Doppalapudi is easily among the 2-3 finest health professionals I have ever known (and I'm not young!). Older review follows: Dr. Doppalapudi is simply first-rate. Dr. D. put in a front tooth implant 2 or 3 years ago. Tooth is doing fine, Dr D's work was/is outstanding. His staff is very nice and friendly.

Dr. D is absolutely the best dental doctor that I have ever been too in my 50+ years. I call him my Tooth Hero :) He is kind, gentle, caring and just a super human. I am extremely glad to have found him years ago in Prince William County and followed him to Reston. I was at first an apprehensive patient however no more.. he can perform any treatment on my teeth and I'm not afraid at all. His staff is super too!
