From the moment you enter the office you are greeted in the friendly manner. The staff makes you feel welcome, willing to answer any questions or concern. Dr. Brock is very knowledgeable of his field of practice. Explained the process and what to expect. And the results were better than expected! I recommend him 100%!

I had severe orbitopathy due to complications related to Graves disease. Dr. Brock literally put my eyes back in my sockets and prevented me from going blind. He is a fine surgeon and a very caring and compassionate person. A true diamond in the medical community. Due to COVID19, I have not been able to see him that often, but plan to resume my routine checkups after the Pandemic dies down. Thanks for everything. I had my eye lids done last Thursday 5/26/22. First, on the 23rd I was really nervous about the upcoming surgery. Dr. Brock’s staff was very calming, answered all my questions. The 26th day of.. The staff was great thank you for taken great care of me Kim and Ann. You ladies Rock! I had zero pain.. minimal swelling and hardly any bruising!! Wow, wow, wow! I was referred to Dr. Brock by my dermatologist and it has been one of the best things that have happened to me!! He has given me so much confidence and changed the way that I see myself and also he doesn’t recommend anything for me that I don’t need. If I have questions he answers them and makes me feel like my questions are important. He describes every procedure that I am interested in full detail and also lets me know if that’s something that would be good for me, he helps me weigh the pros and cons and his assistant does as well her name is Amanda. I am so thankful for her and enjoy our chats they have a great team there! I cannot tell you how great it feels to be able to go to a place like this and feel like it’s family. I have a rolling three-month appointment and I look forward to my visit every time and catching up with Amanda especially. Dr. Brock operated on my husband's eyelids and did a brow lift. He was very professional and took a lot of time with us making sure we had all of our questions answered. He was patient and kind throughput the process.

I went to Dr. Brock with a severe eye infection that wasn't getting any better. He was able to diagnose it and treat it and also recommended me to have a sleep study due to my eyelids. He was 100% correct and I had a severe cases of Sleep Apnea. I would highly recommend Dr. Brock and couldn't be happier with the service I received from him and the whole staff! I wanted to wait on posting my review until I was in a better state of mind not as angry about the deception about the service I received. First of all check your insurance about what they pay for and what they don't yourself. That being said I had eyelid surgery to correct droopy eyelids that was causing vision issues. Also he had to remove the extra skin I spoke to my insurance company about my billing because what was billed didn't match everything they never even tried to bill for the part that I was told insurance denied because it was considered cosmetic and if they had filed it with my insurance with a correct code for the procedure it would have paid but I was told by him and the billing department it was not a payable so they would not bill it and it would be out of pocket.$2000 so I paid and had the surgery a few weeks it took to heal I started noticing my eyes looked uneven when I returned to see Dr Brock he said the right eye needed to be redone because it had failed. He told me also the left eye needed more skin removed and he could do both in the office setting I did have the skin removal again no cost because he felt it just needed to take more off and that now is to tight at the corner of my eye and the double scar was tender for months. So I then was scheduling for the other procedure I was told I would need botox as well, the person that sets up the procedures said oh no you can't have the lid surgery in the office because of the risk because you have high blood pressure entirely different than what I was told and the botox will be all out of pocket insurance won't pay for it. By then I was looking around 8 or $900 out of pocket. So I didn't go back I got a second opinion and she did the surgery corrected the failed surgery on the right eye and my insurance paid for it even the skin removal. So my advice check with your insurance and insist that they file everything they are doing l should have noticed the red flag when they pretty much jumped on me because I had talked to the surgery center they had called me about preop instructions told me not to talk to the surgery center about anything that they would charge more for the operating room and I would have to pay more for the the skin removal part of the surgery. Dr Brock is an excellent doctor and I would recommend him to anyone who needs eye surgery. He took the time to explain everything he would do and I am very pleased with the results. I haven't seen this good in a long time.

I've been seeing Dr. Brock going on eight years now. He treats my blepharospasms with botulinum toxin injections. If not for Dr. Brock, I would be functionally blind--healthy eyes, but unable to see. Dr. Brock and his staff are great. He's not only a highly esteemed physician, but also a really great person. My visits seem more like hanging out with a friend, where I just happen to get injections in my face, rather than going to the doctor. If anyone needs anything within his scope of practice, I always recommend Dr. Brock.

Dr Brock took care of my droopy eyelids. I would only see through eyelashes. He is very caring and catches things that I didn't. He is an excellent doctor and his staff is great as well.

It has been about a year since I had an eyelid procedure by Dr. Brock and the work has held up beautifully. Dr. Brock told me that the improvement would last for the rest of my life and I believe him. The idea for it started at my annual physical. My GP doctor looked intently at my face and suggested sending me to Dr. Brock to improve my vision because of my droopy eyelids. It was a great idea and a great referral. At my initial appointment with Dr. Brock, I was impressed with his professionalism and was then willing to proceed to schedule the surgery. Of course, I wanted better vision and also, frankly, the expected improvement in my appearance, but at 72, my age was a concern to me as was my unusual history of adverse reactions to various antibiotics. The operating team (Dr. Brock, an anesthesiologist, an anesthetist, various nurses) were all top-notch and ready to handle any issue. I felt secure and comfortable all the time, even when I had an adverse reaction (hives) to an antibiotic. They were on top of it and gave me the best care to reverse the reaction. I was closely monitored in recovery a bit longer than usual but otherwise it all went so easily. A day or two after the procedure, I had some swelling and I wanted to know if it was normal. I called his office, sent in a selfie, and Dr. Brock then called back immediately to say it was fine but to continue the prescribed care. I was excited to experience a wider field of vision (kind of amazing how much more I could see!), to lose my “tired turtle” look, and even to be able to use eyeliner again. Before, my eyelids acted like curtains or visors to where they even covered part of my eyelashes. Now my eyes look normal and I and others think I look younger. I encourage anyone to consider the procedure if they think they would benefit from it and I can vouch for Dr. Brock’s surgical skill and excellent care. I should also mention that Medicare covered the whole cost because of the procedure helping my vision. I found that out before I had the surgery, but honestly, it was worth doing even if the cost had not been covered. While any type of surgery, especially involving the eye(s), can be concerning or frightening, Dr. Brock and his entire staff made me feel confident and more relaxed about moving ahead with the surgical procedure required. Dr. Brock is so skilled and such a kind and considerate physician. He and his entire staff genuinely care about their patients. There is simply NOT a better physician than Dr. Brock. I was first rushed to him six years ago when I had corneal ulcers covering both eyes. He immediately determined the root cause and went to work to get me better and healed. I was there regularly for a number of weeks, several times each week. Dr. Brock is brilliant. There’s just no other word. ...But in addition to his brilliance, vast knowledge and extreme intelligence, he has a kindness that is a rare find. He has integrity. He is caring. ...He is one of those human beings you come across in life and are left in awe of. Twice now, Dr. Brock has taken care of me during emergency situations. He dropped everything and made me top priority and took care of scary situations. He is not only one in a million. He is one in 100 billion. ...even more than that. Dr. Brock and his entire staff are some of the most professional, wonderful, compassionate, and caring people I have ever met. They always made time for my unending questions and concerns. Never once did I feel as though they were anything but genuinely concerned about my questions and issues. They went above and beyond to help me anytime I had an issue by scheduling me in quickly, often that same day. They are always so accommodating and genuinely caring people. For me personally, they made a very traumatic chapter in my life one that I can now look back with fondness because of Dr. Brock himself and his staff. His work ethic, professionalism, knowledge, and skills have made a huge impact in my life, for the better. Words cannot express how grateful I am to them. I had a failed eyebrow from an earlier TMJ surgery. My eyebrow hung low, and let my lid hang into my vision. Dr. Brock said he was positive he could correct it, and make it look more even. My brows are absolutely even with a happy and satisfied improvement. However, my lid still hangs just out of obstructing my vision. This is very irritating because, in a few years this lid will hang lower, and impair my vision again. I ABSOLUTELY DO NOT WANT TO REDO THIS SURGERY. I was off work 10 days, the pain was excruciating. My scalp behind my incision is still numb and the headaches have not stopped. He told me to see my primary about the headaches. Very upsetting. After my surgery, he called me Debra, my name is Dena. He was very hurried in my after care, took a phone call in my room, hurried out, had a nurse to finish my after care appointment. I drove 2.5 hours each visit before, during and after my surgery because he came highly recommended. I gave him 3 stars, because my eyebrows are even, my vision was corrected, but because he had 30 patients for surgery that day, I feel like he rushed thru mine, and didn't do the best he could. Wonderful experience! I was recommended to Dr. Brock's office from several of my doctors. He happens to have quite the reputation and the results prove it. I visited his office to treat some facial scarring I had left over after suffering from acne. It felt comforting knowing that Dr. Brock and his assistant had my best interest at heart. They listened to all of my needs and wants. They were very accommodating! He recommended that I do a VI Peel to treat the scarring. The application of the peel formula was quick, easy, and painless! Dr. Brock is a true professional and knows what he is doing. After about a week of peeling, I noticed tremendous results! There's so many nice things I can say about Dr. Bock! He is very caring and thoughtful. He patiently answered all of my questions in terms I could understand.
