After having severe back pain for 2 years I saw Dr. Jensen at the Orange City Clinic and had the procedure done that he recommended and within one day my back pain was GONE !! I am now able to walk like I did 25 years ago !! Thank you Dr. Jensen !

Had spine fusion surgery with Dr. Jensen. The surgery was a success and gave me my life back. Before surgery, I was unable to even take a walk on our trail with my husband. After recovery from the surgery, we went on vacation to the Grand Canyon and Utah. I was able to walk trails, stand for long periods of time and things that would have never been possible before my surgery. Thank you to Dr. Jensen, his staff and the wonderful team at the surgery center!

Dr Wade Jensen has saved me from a constant pain in my back by fixing the problem through surgery. My life is by far so much better because of what was done from Dr. Jensen. I can't thank him enough for helping take the pain away.

Dr. Jensen replaced my left hip he did a great job one night in the hospital and on the way home. Dr. Liddiard and the nurses were fabulous everybody deserves a five.Yes I believe this team is the greatest of all time I feel sorry for people that don’t use this team to perform surgery on them.

Dr. Jensen was able to send us a very informative video with my test results and then met with me in person. He was excellent!!

DrJensen was thorough, patient and diligent as he provided care for me. As a RN, I was impressed with how he listened, observed, examined and explained with every interaction. As my symptoms were complex and atypical, he utilized a diverse number of tests and referrals to seek the source and treat the pain. I commend his approach and would both recommend him to others, but would return myself should the need arise. I’d consider him one of the best physicians I have seen in my life.

Dr jensen’s instinct for patients is very good. I have been battling back trouble for 15 years and have had three prior surgeries. My fourth surgery which Dr. Jensen performed has fixed my problem! We have been telling others about my success story and would recommend Dr. Jensen to everyone. Shirley Bush

Dr. Jensen did surgery on my right knee over 4 years ago and I still have no pain and I am fully functional. He is a great doctor and I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone. Not to mention a really nice guy!

Dr JENSEN has done all of my surgeries since 2009. He and his staff are extremely knowledgeable, professional and pleasant. I would recommend him to everyone who might need his services.

He did extensive back surgery on me because of a curve in my spine from osteoporosis which was causing a lot of pain.He is an excellent surgeon!!

I like that they come to Orange City and I do not have to travel. The doctor was very friendly and ask me if I have questions and then explained what I needed to watch for.

I have had multiple surgeries by Dr. Jensen and have been very impressed with he and his staff. Everyone took time to answer all of my questions and reassure me. I would recommend Dr. Jensen and CNOS to anyone.
