Dr. Walid Omar

Dr Omar is a great doctor for care along with weight-loss meds of a shot. He is personal & does give attention to his patients.

Best decision I ever made was to go to Omar medical. Dr.omar Gave me the tools I needed to be healthy. First month I lost 11lbs !!!! I recently had 2 Lil girls and was feeling very depressed about my weight gain.... thanks to Omar medical not only have I lost that weight but I have more energy to take care of my family.

I was referred to Dr. Omar by a few friends for weight loss bc no matter what I did, the weight just wouldn’t budge. Dr. Omar got me going on a weight loss regimen that actuall has worked well for me! Let’s just say he is knowledgeable and is very helpful with encouraging you to lose the weight and gives you the necessary tools to help you along with diet suggestions. Highly recommend seeing him if you’re also struggling with getting those pounds off!

I initially came here because I purchased a Groupon, but I will be a client from now on. The doctor was great and very personable. He knew exactly what he was doing and made me very comfortable! Great results too! I’ll be back in the future.

I have been going here for three months doing weight loss with Dr. Walid Omar and I came in weighed in at 189 and I'm down to 171 with phentermine and the lipo injections all is working very well!!!!

Dr Omar helped me with successful weightloss. He is so informative and really wants to make sure his clients succceed and also maintain. If you are looking for a jump start, he has a great program to help. The office staff is also very kind and friendly.

Fantastic Dr.!!

I am currently a patient at this office. From the first day to today i have always had a great experience. Everyone has always been polite and helpful. Dr. Omar is there you to work with you not against you. I love that he will sit with you and explain to you your health weather good or bad. I have only been going here for a few months. I have yet to have any issues. The Office is always clean and the staff are always very friendly. They even call to make sure you remember you have an appointment. This is one of the best Dr. Offices I've been to in years. Would highly recommend going here. I literally drive an hour to get here just for the great service. Edit: I no longer go to this doctor. Again was great at the start. However just before covid started things were going south. I understand pinching pennies but getting all your office supplies from the dollar store. Also not having the correct tools. It went to let's get you in here as much as possible so it costs me more. Plus found out a med that I was taken I was getting overdosed on it. Could of caused an heart attack. Wanted me to loose weight however Everytime he went to a convention his views would change. It was more like a roller coaster. However he did figure out some issues I was having. And did help me get started on fixing them. Most of it I figured out on my own. Staff was always amazing. I went and still going to Dr. Omar for weight loss program the doctor listened to me and helped educate me on food and what I should do , I loss 47 pounds in the 3 months .

Dr. Omar has saved our lives! He took the time to do all diagnostic testing, find any diffencies and then treat us! How refreshing it is to also be given diet education and not just more medication to treat symptoms! His receptionist is incredibly calm and kind (and actually answers the phone!) I have had all my family switch to this office! I only wish the late/ missed apt fee was more flexible, but I understand it. Dr. Omar has saved our lives! As a new patient it was a very nice surprise that Dr. Omar spent so much time with me asking me questions and listening to the answers. I feel like I'm in really good hands with him.

Dr Omar, and his right hand staff specialist, Evette are amazing and do a great job. Doc managed me through tough medical times, and was right on with his assessment, and referral. I am now recovered from surgery, and his efforts were critical to get me better. I have been a patient with Doc Omar for about 10 years, and he has ALWAYS put me first in his efforts. He puts his patients first. Strong Doc!

I recently went to Dr. Omar for cosmetic reasons and I couldn’t be more satisfied! He listens to you when you talk and knows exactly how to get the results you are looking for! I would definitely recommend Dr. Omar! I’d give more stars if I could!!!

Dr Omar and his staff are excellent. I have been going to him now for 2 months for weight loss and I am so pleased with my overall appearance. Over 23 pounds so far. Appts are very easy to get and they work with you to get you in and out if you have a busy schedule. I’m half way within my goal and hope to continue and maintain my new lifestyle. I highly recommend this practice.

I drive 40 mins to come see Dr. Omar, I like that I never wait more than 5 to 10 to see Dr Omar. He always takes the time to talk and answer my questions. I think he’s a good doctor and he doesn’t sugar code anything. He tells you like it is and I like that.

Promises home visits but will not provide them. Makes his money on B-12 and other vitamin shots. Most often not necessary.

I concur with several of the reviews here in stating that he is in it solely for the financial aspect. He does push his injections, and also tries to solicit for "specialized care"- meaning you pay $12k a year to have him as an "on call" Physician who makes house calls. I have medical insurance, I don't need this. I find his opinion on several things very narrow minded, he is cynical of natural medicinal marijuana, and got extremely "narrative" actually said a profanity regarding Doctors who practice this. I have found him to be not pleasant and quite frankly a bit rude. I am an educated person and consider myself intelligent. There are better Doctors out there. The comment about refilling prescriptions is true, and he mandates visits (even for a well person) at least every other month.

I went to Dr. Omar for Botox and Fillers. I have had this done by 2 other doctors with no results and took 2 minutes in and out. DR. OMAR does a fabulous job. He explains every detail of what can be done and answered every question I had. He is not the kind of doctor that gives you too much (frozen forehead) just to get money. I went to Dr Omar to help me with weight loss. His medical weight loss plan really helped me lose weight. I lost 8 pounds in 4 weeks and am on my way to reaching my goal weight. Dr Omar's diet and exercise tips put me on track and medications helped with my appetite and fat loss. I did have to put some effort in, but it was much easier than doing it on my own. I was referred to Dr. Omar for a weight loss plan from a friend 5 months ago, glad I went. He has given me some great tips which in turn has helped me to loose weight. This doctor is only in it for the money. Will not renew my ongoing prescriptions unless I make an appointment every 3 months, even if I am not sick. No other doctor has ever done this. He also tries to push vitamin injections, which is very awkward. He has also talked bad about other doctors and methods. His demeanor is also cold and pushy. There is no real medical care here. Just pushing patients through for the insurance money.

Dr Omar is a wonderful physician and has a great staff. He is very ethical and professional. He works with specialists to identify health issues and is a great physician team manager. I have several doctors due to an automobile accident and he is always in the loop with what is going on. He reaches out to insure my well checks have been addressed as well. Insurance paid for ov over 2years ago. Now Dr's office saying Ins wants money back, so I'm being sent to collections because they say i have to pay, and my son has ins. I asked for a professional courtesy right off , since I work for a doctor and dr. Omar himself refused..this bill is under $100 No professional courtsey!

Dr. Omar and his staff are nothing less than outstanding. They have always attended both my family and I will up most care. I would highly recommend him!

Dr. Omar is wonderful, I have to say in just 2 months time I dropped my weight 22lbs. I followed exactly what he said. I feel so much healthier, wish I would have taken a before and after picture. My mother and sister have switched over to Dr. Omar as well and are very happy. The staff are so friendly, you will not be disappointed. Dr. Omar listens to everything you have to say, If you are looking to get things done right, he is the Doctor to go to. I am very happy with Dr. Omar. :-)

Dr. Omar is an excellent primary care physician. I have been seeing him for years and, in fact, followed him from his last look cation. He gives you all the time you need. He is thorough and professional. He not only covers the issue that brought you n, he also goes over your past records to see if past issues are properly resolved. You can't do better.

The staff here is amazing! We started coming here 7 months ago when my son was ill. Dr. Omar started to work on the problem right away. He wasted no time finding out what was wrong and worked aggressively to make my son healthy again. Now all three of my sons are getting care here and we are so pleased with the results. Thank you Dr. Omar and your wonderful staff for your dedication to your patients and their families. We hope to be with your office for a very long time.

Cannot recommend highly enough. Dr Omar takes the time to explain things, ask questions, and I never feel rushed at my appointments. Have also finally had success at weight loss thanks to Dr. Omar, and am feeling more energized and well than in a long time!

Dr. Omar is great!! You have a problem and Dr Omar will have a solution. Dr Omar also specializes in weight loss just another good reason to visit the doctor. I DO NOT recommend Dr. Omar! He pumps patients full of drugs for the rest of their lives before even ruling out all possible causes of their condition. Communication is non existent. If you ask questions, he raises his voice and treats you like a moron. He doesn't care about his patients, just how many visits he can lock you in for and how many drugs and can prescribe you.
