Easy in and out, they stagger appointments and make it stress free to get a FAA flight physical.

As someone who works in healthcare, it is very disappointing to come across physicians that are discourteous. In all of my encounters via phone with Dr. Lawrence, he has been domineering and impolite.

Great flight doc and very knowledgeable staff for handling general questions. I've also brought my family here to be seen.

Very accommodating. Called to schedule a last minute appointment for my 1st Class Flight Physical. All went very smoothly. Easy day. Staff did a great job. Good AME. No issues. ???? 5/18/21 Got my 2nd Class no issues. I’m a healthy guy. I was a bit skeptical due to the reviews. The nurse didn’t seem comfortable with what she was doing and didn’t know how to properly execute one of the tests. The building is a little outdated. AME was great. Very accommodating. Good doc with a good bedside manner. Old school in a good way and no nonsense. Staff are friendly. The receptionist was kind and helped me figure out some things he really didn't have to.

I've been seeing Dr Lawrence for 5 yrs or longer. He is very interested in what you have to say & providing the necessary diagnosis! Just because YOU have an issue with their rules doesn't make the Dr or staff look bad. It makes you bad for complaining & not finding a different Dr!

Very unprofessional. I attempted for two years to get the medical records from Dr. Lawrence that he should have for treating my children. He has refused multiple times. I have sole physical custody of both my children and he has been provided the court documents stating so. I have also had the childrens pediatrician fax a records request twice. He charged my insurance for the vists of which I have statement copies from BC/BS. Dr. Lawrence informed me when I requested the records that the information was "HIPPA protected" which is total BS because I am their father and legal guardian. He then informed me that he had 30 days to provide the medical records, this was back in 2017 its now 2020 and I still have no records. Either he is completely incompetent and does not know anything regarding HIPPA, or he has withheld information because my ex wife is a former employee of his and a "friend". He even testified in court on her behalf. Either reason is grossly unprofessional and frankly against the law. DO NOT USE THIS DOCTOR!!!!!! Very unprofessional. Been with this office for about 4 years i guess, went in for a chat with Doctor Lawrence last week because i was due labs for cholesterol levels. After we spoke, they drew my blood. Went in today and was told i owed $25 copay for drawing blood at last visit. I told the man i paid my co-pay last visit... apparently they charge a separate fee for each individual thing they do in that office. They can nickel and dime someone else, Ill find another doctor. Very lucky to have found this doctor. He is the most caring doctor in Enterprise with the best staff ever. So excited to hear Christi is returning to the office to work beside Dr. Lawrence.

I stopped going because I was concerned my medication changed without talking to Dr. Lawrence. I asked the front desk gentleman and he was really pretty rude and alluded to the fact that the doctor didn't want to be bothered. I went back when it was time for my blood work to be checked again. He again went up on my meds, I never saw him, just a RX left at the front desk. For a small town doctor he sure does have an office full of cold, distant staff. Do not recommend.

I always get top notch care from Doctor Lawrence and his staff. It’s a well established practice with a knowledgeable physician. I appreciate his attention to detail and feel like the only person there when I have an appointment.

UPDATE: Family Member showed up at the doctors office to try to be seen: The note on the door said Closed for Spring Break ,SPRING BREAK?? THATS NOT HOW THE REAL WORLD WORKS!! Especially during a pandemic, and when you tell your patient that you will have the results by the end of the week knowing you won't be there is a straight up LIE. Beyond ridiculous standards of care! One of my Family members went in to the office on Monday with a fever that presented on Saturday, swabbed and sent home. 7 days after the initial fever it is still present and we can't get anyone to answer the phone, much less return our phone calls, the voicemail is now full and still no return call. That isn't an acceptable business practice for any business even more so being a Health Care Provider. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HORRIBLE PLACE.

UPDATE: I was called back from this office and was told that they incorrectly billed my insurance and I was supposed to receive my co-pay back. It has been over two weeks and they have not revised the billing nor have I received any money back. DO NOT USE THIS OFFICE!

I was billed by this office almost a year after my flight physical and the bill was dated months after the flight physical. I paid cash for the physical but my insurance was billed. When I called to inquire about the bill I was told the woman who handles the billing was out for health purposes until the end of July. The woman who answered the phone was rude and refused to attempt to help me in any way. I am very disappointed in this establishment. My daughter was his patient. she has major health concerns. He shrugged off most of her complaints and ended up dismissing her. Date..1/17/2019 I highly regret going back to Dr. Lawrence over the summer! I went back to him because he “was” a good doctor with “good staff”, however not anymore! Also he is closer to where I live, that was better for me until now! Went back in July of 2018, simple Thyroid levels checked, however his staff especially his so called office manger very unprofessional.She can’t even take blood pressure right or blood or gve results over the phone, because she is not certified to do so! Then in late August was in a car accident.I already have issues, then the car accident added more issues”very bad”!! They made me wait a week to get in they would not even let me do a walk in, like I use if ever needed when I started seeing him back in 2014. After 2 visits in September, one of my specialist took over for the car accident issue.Dr. Lawrence did not do anything exspect send me for xrays and make me wait over a week to go back in, the whole time suffering, until I went to my specialist mid September.Then that doctor helped in treating me for my injuries, it was unbearable what I endured until I saw my other doctor. Then he charged me 25 dollars to get his report for the insurance company, it was one thing after another with that his office!! Then at the beginning of this month I went to get my meds refilled for my thyroid. I went to pick them up and they said the office told them they were not sending refill over for one of the Thyroid meds.So of course I had to call them the beginning of this week they called me back today.The so called office manager would not get on the phone, it was their young secretary and the office manger was in back ground telling her what to say. When they called I was in my kitchen were it echos in there so it will sound like I’m talking loud. Well their secretary said that it showed I did have refilled left, no I don’t that’s why the pharmacy and I were calling to get a refilled called in.Then when I’m trying to explain she said stop yelling, I said I’m not yelling! Then she said well you need to come in to get your levels checked first.Heck they don’t know what their doing in there, and Dr. Lawrence obviously don’t care!! I’m trying to tell them if I don’t get that refilled because I’m completely out, I will start having problems. By that point I was irritated and talking louder, but I was not yelling!! She said” you lower your voice and show some respect”. I said you want to talk about respect, it’s been one thing after another since August with you all, and it has stressed me out and I can’t take anymore and I’m not dealing with unprofessional people any longer, and I hung up very upset!! To be honest they are bad for my health, and they are playing with my health big time!! I will never ever deal with them again, and I’m not thee only one that feels this way!! By the way my son whom is an adult was a witness to this call earlier, so they can lie all they want.Also my pharmacy and both adult children are all witnesses to them denying my meds for no other reason then to most likely get me in to make money off me, how sad is that!! I rather go without my meds until I get it from a professional doctors office, which is not Dr. Lawrence office!! It saddens me write this. Dr Lawrence has taken great care of my needs for over 3yrs. However, the poor professionalism, understanding, and poise of his office manager, Tracy, overshadow him and has led me to write this. After an error was made, instead of handling the situation with the expected professionalism of a health care facility, she hid behind a wall and did not address me directly. She spoke to the receptionist with a short snappy tone, instructing her in what my punishment was for my mistake. I attempted to rectify the situation with Tracy a few day later. I received, yet again, the same cold and unhelpful disposition. I am a person, not just a name and time written on a calendar and I expect to be treated as such. People make mistakes, even Tracy. I accept my punishment and will pay the $35 fee for inadvertently writing down the wrong time for my lab work. Which I did show up for, at the time I had written, that was only an hour later. Horrible. The staff is BEYOND rude. I have never been treated so rudely by a doctors office in my life. It’s the check in staff who especially needs to be fired or have an attitude check. I don’t know why Doctor Lawrence wants to lose so much business over these women. I have three friends, including myself who will never go back. Sucks. If we could give zero stars I would. Horrible. The Best Doctor Ever! I was so pleased with the care of the doctor and the staff, I would definitely go back to them for my care. WOW! Had a very good experience going to see this doctor. His staff was polite, professional and prompt. The nurse was super, very outgoing, always smiling and caring. The doctor quickly diagnosed and treated my problem. With an early morning appointment time, I was able to return to work for most of the day. Great Job!!

Dr. Lawrence is one of the last 'old school' doctors left in town. He actually bothers to try to diagnose you instead of just haphazardly rushing you off to a specialist. He treats your problems and doesn't push unnecessary meds. He is mindful of the costs of the medications he prescribes as well.

Dr Lawrence and his staff are top notch. I have seen this Doctor a few times and he is always kind, friendly and professional each time. He takes the time to listen to everything i have needed him for. The girls are very kind and helpful too. I have zero complaints about this office. I have not had to wait long ever and the "blood girl" as i call her ( she takes your blood) :) is the best by far i have ever had. Don't hesitate to come to this Doctor for any of your family needs. Dr. Lawrence and his staff are the best medical team I have ever had the pleasure to work with. No waiting, thorough and actually takes the time to discuss your health and plan of action. In this day and time of assembly line type care and triple booking patiences, it was a great experience.

I have been a patient of Dr. Lawrence for many years. He is very thorough in his examination and explanation of his protocol. He has kept me in excellent health these many years and is always proactive in his diagnosis. Extremely honest and forthright during all exams.

I have been a long-time patient of Dr. Lawrence. I have always appreciated his bedside manner and the thoroughness of his exams.
