I wouldn't give this place one starThe only reason I am because you have to to make a point. My experience with this place is you call them and they patch you through to a manager who never answers the phone and never returns your phone call. Believe me I own a construction company and if I practiced my business like this I wouldn't have any business to top it all off I put in my 20 years in the fire department as an extraction specialist pulling people from smashed cars this office and staff disgust me... I give them 0 ????

My elderly mother is a patient of Dr. Maier. Last month we left a message requesting assistance as my mother is lashing out aggressively towards her caretakers. I am STILL WAITING for a returned call. Mom has now assaulted one of her caregivers and the family is left to sort this out, as her physician is MISSING IN ACTION! My next stop will be filing a complaint w/the AMA. CHOOSE YOUR PRIMARY HEALTHCARE PHYSICIAN WISELY!!!

Simple like everything in life should be. Dr Maier is very knowledgeable about so many different things. He's very soft spoken, investigative to help find a solution and very pragmatic. He is a great Dr. Took his time. asked if we had questions and made sure the medicines were working out and we had no diverserve reaction to them

Have been a patient of Doctor Maier for almost 10 years, and am very pleased with him as a doctor. But when we had a problem with refilling a prescription, and had to call their office multable times over 2 1/2 weeks, Diana was not only rude, but hung up on me! Will never go back! My wife and I have been patients for several years. He listens and explains tests and procedures thoroughly. Although we have moved 60 miles away, the drive is well worth it. Staff are caring, efficient, and willing to go the extra mile. -Bill

Dr. Maier is probably the best doctor I have ever been privileged to work with for my health concerns. He is compassionate, eager to problem-solve, and just a down-to-Earth human being with a lot of knowledge. The staff is friendly and appointments are easy to set up. Unlike other offices, the wait time is very short if there is a wait time at all. I recommend Dr. Maier to everyone up on the mountain. He is exceptional. Dr maier didnt not fill out my disability extention for out correctly, causing me to have to wait a month to get paid. I talk to disability insurance and they tell me he is signed up to do everything on there website rather then mail. He tellls me he does not do it. Because of that i have to wait a week to get another extension form mailed to me to have him fill out. Being his fault he says it will take him 3 days to fill out. Which would take him 5 minutes in reality. He really does not care.

I am shocked at some of the reviews. I have been going to Dr. Maier since the first of the year, and have found Dr. Maier and his Staff to be friendly, courteous, and always anxious to assist in any way. The Staff is one of the nicest group of ladies I have had the pleasure of meeting, and I intend to continue to recommend Dr. Maier and his office to anyone in need of a great Doctor.

Staff is rude and indifferent, had a blood test done for A1C to get insulin doctor never looked at the tests or did any follow up. I ended up in emergency room with phlebitis from the test and can't get past the screener at his office doctor doesn't write anything for pain according to the person at the front desk. Blood pressure meds he prescribed had all the side effects and again no follow up appt. to even see if they were working. Severe stomach pain now and little use of my left arm.

Wonderful and very helpful!

Although the doctor is very pleasant and easy to work with, his office staff is so terrible rude that I am compelled to warn others that they will be personally insulted and made to feel inconsequential every single encounter. The staff is VERY rude and cannot remember my name after giving it to them 3 times in one 5 minute phone call. They are snippy and will tell you that you they will not help you with very simple things. Don't expect a call back on any matter they promise.

The office is great, very friendly. Dr. Maier is very thorough, knowledgeable, and understanding. He has always more than met my expectations. I am on a weight lose program, and Dr. Maier is always interested in how much I've lost, and am I having any trouble sticking with it. I've been with Dr. Maier for about a year.
