My name is David and Dr Wayne Glazier is the most dangerous doctor ever. Dr Glazier operated on me in 2006 and I was under the impression that he corrected an anomaly that I was born with because if not corrected, there was likelyhood of the anomaly turning cancerous in the future That future is now here and guess what?……. 3 months ago in 2021 I underwent a routine check up by another Urologist and a scan revealed that although he operated on me and I have a scar to prove it, the anomaly was never corrected. Dr Glazier lied to me that he fixed it and actually operated on me.Coincidentally…..the records of the operation are Missing from the UMass hospital ????????‍♂️ I am now scheduling another operation for the same thing that he presumably fixed while exploring the possibility of a medical malpractice case against this evil doctor. Very knowledgeable and caring. Great bed side manners. Always felt comfortable discussing my condition with him. Highly recommend him

I have been a patient of Dr. Glazier for about 10 years. I cant say enough about him and his staff. The care I recieved over the years has been excellent and his staff top notch. Unfortunately I will moving out of state and only hope my next Dr. will be as good. Thank you to all....

I was pleased by the care I received from the physician and the other members of the medical staff. However my interaction with the office manager was so negative that I'm seeking treatment elsewhere. Early in my care I received a co-pay check back with a letter indicating I'd already paid. Some time later I received a bill that I immediately paid. I then received a letter falsely stating I'd not responded to multiple letters and therefore I was being charged an additional $10. I placed two calls to the billing clerk. Neither was returned. I later spoke by phone with the office manager. She was condescending, rude, spoke over me, assumed I was calling about the $$ and didn't, wouldn't, take the time to hear that my issue was the false statement in the letter I'd been sent and the failure of the billing clerk to return my calls. Best doctor!!!

Dr Glazier is by far the best physician I have ever had experience with. Knowledgeable and efficient. Gets to the point and doesn’t waste time or do unnecessary procedures. Dr Glazier is a very compassionate and caring Dr who treats you with great respect and is very honest about your situation as well as offering solutions . He makes me very comfortable when seeing him.

Dr. Glazier lacks empathy, kindness of heart and tact. Cruelty and hurtful words seem to be his hallmarks. Possibly he's burned out. Possibly... I got away from him and am now fully recovered and fine. Even his doctor's notes were mean-spirited.

One of the worst experience with dealing with his office staff. Could not get appointment to see the Dr claiming I missed an appointment, which I never missed. Office staff needs a course in bedside manner .They mislead you to Milk the insurance and book you for nurse practitioners instead of the doctor, so you have to go twice and pay multiple times. They do not care abt patients and are Heartless.They do not talk in professional manner and will refuse to treat you when you challenge there “policy” of extra charging copays because they need to be mailed to you ?! I foresee many many lawsuits and complaints against this company. Go else where if you actually want to get help medically! Such a nice guy. Super nice office staff as well. Would highly recommend.

Dr Glazier and his stiffness were excellent! I had a vasectomy and while I was nervous, the experience couldn't have been better. From the women at the front desk to the assistants and Dr Glazier himself...all top notch. Great personality, very professional, quick and easy.

The first appointment went well. I was told that I was going to have surgery in one to two weeks. After waiting 2 weeks and at least 6 phone calls still no word on when I may have the surgery. It seems to me that compassion is greatly lacking in this practice!!!

Have only had a preliminary visit, but was impressed by their being on time, and I appreciated Dr. Glazier’s candor.

Dr. Glazier is a Doctor that I would have no problem sending my best friends to. Everyone at his office is top notch.

I have been a patient of Dr. Glazier's for at least 35 years. He is outstanding in every way! Caring, intelligent, thoughtful! I cannot say enough positive things about Dr. Glazier. Also, my dad was a patient of Dr. Glazier's as well. When dad passed away at age 95, I received a personal note from Dr. Glazier expressing his condolences to our family.

Very bad follow up to phone calls when reaching out to continue your ongoing life after prostate cancer. Called many times no one gets back to you, I guess it's not important to for the quality of life once a man has his prostrate removed and the side affects it creates. Relationships, Emotions and the ongoing struggle.

Staff is very friendly and helpful from the greeting to checkout. Very good at making appts. to fit my schedule. . Dr. Glazier is good at explaining all my options and to get me to the right doctors for follow ups. Very comfortable with his diagnoses of my problem. Would recommend him to the rest of my family or friends.
