Dr. Press treated my golf-related lower back problem recently over a few sessions. I am a frequent golfer and I walk the golf courses, so my back will tighten up on me occasionally. Dr. Press has done a great job in keeping my back limber and pain-free. He is excellent. Highly recommended

I haven't been at Dr. Press office since Covid-19 started, actually for two years. I went there last Friday and I left another woman. My neck was so thankful for the pressure relief. Thanks to Dr. Press and his amazing staff.

It's hard to leave a review without sounding biased, but it would be wrong to not say anything about the immense benefit I get from coming here Though I am a relative of Dr. Press, I see him regularly because his therapy has eliminated all my need for pain medication. I am a cancer fighter currently recovering from radiation to the esophagus and brain. Both treatments have left me with long lasting pain and inflammation that may never go away I'm 30 years old and cannot recall the last pain free day that I have had. I know a few of you reading this know what that is like I just want you to know that these treatments can help you. My pain level is always coming back up throughout the week, but my therapy from Dr. Press pushes it way down, allowing me to enjoy life normally again. I go twice a week for about 30 minutes, it's so worth it Please, just give him a shot. He absolutely knows what he is doing. He has so much experience If not for the therapy I get here every week, I'd be addicted to opioids again. The medication that was supposed to "help" me feel better after my radiation treatment last year Life would be tough without these biweekly treatments. I don't know what I would do. Hello! I am here to give a honest review of my personal experience with Dr. Wayne Press. In my case I was injured at work and had to navigate for over six months to finally get passive care, I have issues with my C4 and C5 and have not felt myself in quite some time. I felt unbalanced and misaligned with lots of pain. After the first visit I felt the weight of the world being lifted off my shoulders, I actually walked out giggling in joy and could not believe it took me this long to find someone who listens and knows what he is doing. They were eager to help me set up an appointment and were even able to get me in the same day. When I got here, we set up a plan of action and got to work. After a recent major car accident, I was referred to Dr. Wayne Press for care and treatment for myself and my two young children. When treatment began, I struggled to turn my head or stand for long periods of time, and sleeping was extremely painful. Both my upper and lower back were experiencing severe pain. I had been having some lower back pain for a couple weeks leading up to a morning that I woke up with excruciating pain radiating down my whole left leg. I was unable to put any weight on it. Difficulty with attempting to stand up and walking more than a few steps was unbearable. After 4 urgent care and 1 ER visit (they gave me a shot or morphine and prescribed me norco for pain and it did absolutely nothing) I also tried holistic massage therapy which didn’t do much either. I wish I would have started off coming to Dr Press first! Although I am not pain free yet, with each visit I feel better. All of the staff is absolutely wonderful and Dr Press is a miracle worker! About 10 years ago while I was driving the week during Christmas shopping rush I was severely cut off by an impatient driver. I was driving at about 40 MPH when the impatient driver cut in front of me to get into a parking lot that was full so he stopped completely in my lane. I hit the brakes hard and was able to just steer out of the way into the center turning lane with only inches to spare. That night I developed a severe pain near my shoulder, on my back. I went for some massages over the years as the pain was always there. Sometimes it was so bad that it was hard to do normal tasks and other times it was just an annoyance. I would take pain meds when it was really bad, but they just lessened the pain when it was bad. Out of a sheer consequence that my former primary care physician could not fill out a physical form that I needed for the DMV, I got a recommendation to see Dr. Press to get that done. He was able to see me next day and we did what had to be done for that. I then simply asked him about some of the back pains I have as he is a Chiropractor. He then felt some parts of my back and took me in as a patient. From just the first session the pain started to subside. By the 4th session I basically do not feel any pain there anymore. I also have some neck and lower back pains that are mostly gone. Last week was the first week in DECADES that I was able to stand and do yard work without a hint of any back pain. I thought it was just years of motorcycle riding and doing dumb stuff that I would just have to live with a certain level of standard pain in my back, but I can say that Dr. Press has changed my outlook on this. My back feels like it did when I was in high school, NO PAIN! If you have any back pain whatsoever, before you pop the next Advil or Tylenol, give Dr. Press a chance. Today February 26th 2021 I visited doctor Wayne's office for the second time, and let me tell you, he and his staff are always awesome!!!! I visited him to relief a middle back pain that was annoying and painful. I was not able to bend myself completely and it started to hurt everytime I sat for a long period of time. I called to make an appointment, his staff was helpful, attentive and adjust their schedule to make me room for a visit the same day. Once I arrived to the office I was greeted accordingly and in a timely matter. They make me fill out the protocol ducumentation, that took me only 5 minutes, after that they send me to a room to warm and relax the area of my back that was on pain( I love that room). The staff was wearing mask and taking the appropiate Covid-19 precautions. Their rooms were clean, his staff was always careful and courteus, making me feel more comfortable. After the warm up and relaxing of my back muscles his staff re-directed me to the adjustment room, Doctor Wayne was waiting for me and he asked me to step on a bed that was on standing position( that help you to avoid any unnecessary bending before adjustment), he let the bed go down on horizontal position, then he procced to adjust the affected area while talking to me to make me feel more relaxed (you can tell he has 35 years of experience on the chiropractic field). After a couple movements he adjust all the bones and I heard the cracks that make you think "it's finaly done", that always feel great, after that he make you walk a little and ask you, how do you feel? The answer is a big smile on my face, a "I feel great" response and big thank you. He kindly gave me some cold gel packages as well, to put on my back to help lower the back inflammation, that's what I call a 5 start service! Around a year back I started getting an annoying strain on my hip whenever I walked for longer periods. I ended up going to Dr. Press and in just a few sessions I am able to do the things I used to be able to before. He also ended up helping me with my jaw that has always clicked since a very young age. He really cares for his patients and listens. The pain in my back & shoulder was unbearable and started to cause difficulty with breathing as well as mobility. I had heard good things about him, I walked into the office, described to his staff what I had been dealing with... he heard what I was saying and saw me immediately. I first walked into Dr. Press’ office almost unable to walk due to a pinch sciatic nerve. I had pain all the way down my leg starting from the left side of my lower back to my left foot. I got an MRI done and it showed I had a ruptured disc of 15 MM. My primary doctor recommended back surgery. I opted not to get the surgery and continued to get worked on by Dr. Press and in 3 months time, I was back to normal again. Able to run, lift weights and bend my leg again without major pain. Recently I was hit by a car while on my bike. My injuries were extensive so I was referred to this office and am happy I was. I was in a pretty bad motorcycle accident at the end of 2015. Luckily I didn’t suffer serious injuries. But my hip and shoulders got out of whack. I lived in Arizona at the time and I began treatment at a local chiropractor that I found on-line I have not been to a chiropractor for over 12 years so I was not aware of what to look for and what to expect between a good chiro vs. a sub-par chiro. So here I was starting treatment at a chiropractor that I found on line and each appointment I had consisted of the doctor cracking my neck and back and then laying me down on a table to hook me up to a “tens unit massager”. The entire treatment took 10 minutes. After 9 treatments and no results, I a chiropractor in Las Sendas AZ was referred to me. After only 1 thirty minute treatment at this new doctor I could already notice a big difference in my body. I recently moved to the Calabasas area in search of a good chiropractor. My previous chiropractor obviously set a very high bar. I wasn’t expecting to find a doctor who can even come close to what I had before. I was prepared to chiro-hop until I found “The One”. The first chiropractor’s office I called on my provider list was Dr. Press in Simi Valley. I was pretty skeptical at first, here I am sitting in the lobby waiting to be seen and a feller sitting across from me sparked a conversation and he assured me I was at the right place. But since I’m a “show me” not “tell me” type of guy my answer was, ok sure we’ll see. Upon meeting Dr. Press who greeted me at the receptionist counter was already a good sign that I was going to get personal attention. I liked that. I am in town visiting relatives here in Simi and I found Dr. Press on Google. I was able to get an appt in about an hour and I was very pleased with his services!

Dr. Press and his staff are very professional and friendly. The office is a "state of the art" facility, and they offer an extensive selection of chiropractic services to treat neuro-musculo- skeletal pain and disease.

Stop. Do not go anywhere else. Dr. Press and his staff make the chiropractic experience fun and educational. He talked through everything he did and I walked out feeling better than I had in years. My wife and I will definitely be back and we are telling everyone to make a visit.

In 2004, I had gone to my general physician for back pain. Apparently, I was also suffering from depression. All he did was prescribe four different types of meds. I continued to suffer for about two more weeks. I told him that the meds were making me feel even worse. All the guy did was ‘throw’ his hands in the air and said, “there’s nothing else I can do for you.” I was anxious and didn’t know how I was going to get better. I was desperate and felt helpless. I started seen Dr. Press just a couple days later and I have not seen any other doctor since. He not only helped me with my back pain, but my depression (recommended taking sam-E, all natural). He recognized the change in me in about a week. What he has done for me I could never repay. He and his staff have always made me feel special. I thought they were really attentive to just me because I was really messed up, but later found out he is that way with everyone. He is in all honesty a great doctor. Dr. Press and his staff are amazing! After finding myself taking prescription pain killers and unable to walk even 50 feet because of severe lower back and leg pain, a friend recommended Dr. Press. Having never been to a chiropractor before I was simply terrified, Dr. Press diagnosed, explained what was wrong and prescribed what treatment would be needed. I began treatment thinking oh this isn't going to work but then as the treatment progressed I suddenly noticed I wasn't taking any prescription drugs and I was actually starting to feel better. I have been going to Dr. Press for about 7 months now after I was in a car accident back in March. After the accident there wasn't much doctors could do besides surgery which I didn't want to do. I am a construction worker and after the accident I was unable to work. My neck and back was hurting so bad. As soon as I started getting treatment from Dr.Press I could feel a difference right away. I was hurting very bad in my neck, shoulder blades and lower back..... I made an appointment and was treated with a professional attitude and very good care. Dr Press is one of the best, because he always goes above and beyond both medically and personally. He does what he needs to do plus some, with xrays or other simple medical issues he can advise on. But, I think my truly favorite thing about Dr. Press is he is always a real human-being who genuinely cares about others, an all too rare quality in medical professionals today. I have suffered with severe recurring sciatic pain down my backside for many years and have been unable to find any form of real relief until I met Dr. Press six months ago.
