Dr. Wayne William St Hill

I have a lot of anxiety about going to the dentist, but Dr. St. Hill and his hygienist put me at ease immediately. They were very conscious about how easily my gums bleed, and talked me through the x-rays. And it was also very affordable, which as someone without insurance, I very much appreciated! Definitely recommending them!

Friendly family office that does excellent dental work.

I am somewhat new to the area and needed a new dentist - the office staff was terrific and put me at ease from the cleaning to the x-rays and the exam.

It was my first dental cleaning appointment at this office. The staff is very friendly show professionalism when doing their job.

Well I get fast app, and did fast the job, only I concern the place is to small .

I’m not sure that I’ve ever even seen the actual dentist here. I’ve had two visits. I was told during the first visit I had no cavities then practically scolded by the hygentist and another guy who was maybe an intern during my second visit for not returning to have two cavities filled. When I told them that I was told I had no cavities the fist time I was there the hygentist said ‘well it’s in our paperwork so you were told this and it was a misunderstanding on your part.’ Excuse me? I almost left at this point but after the hygentist double checked the two teeth in question and realized the mistake, I decided to stay and follow through with the cleaning. Turns out I have no cavities just a couple of older fillings that could possibly need to be replaced that they are ‘keeping an eye on’! Should have left once I noticed the dried blood from some other patient in the spit sink. Ew. Do not recommend!

Dr St Hill is a great dentist, I have been a patient of his for some years. I had an awful experience with the secondary dentist that they assigned me to a month ago. Dr Matthew Goldsmith had to refill an old filling. I was told by the assistant that he was great, really fast. He was, he never checked the filling for fit and sent me home with teeth cemented together. Rafaela the hygienist drilled them apart. A few days later the filling came out as I flossed. Rafaela put in a temporary. I asked to return to Dr St Hill. She said I had to return to dr Goldsmith one more time. He refilled the cavity, ran a piece of floss through it quickly and sent me home. I still couldn’t floss but didn’t want to return again. Days later the filling came out again when I tried to floss. Now Dr St Hill is thankfully fixing my problems. However I am deeply upset. I am spending many hours and around $3000 having my tooth saved. I needed a root canal, a post a crown and a filling. I will seek recompense.

Friendly atmosphere, excellent staff and proficient professional dental work.

I had a root canal done by Dr. Saint Hill. He has tremendous patience, skill and expertise. He is so calm and so steady and warm hearted. When you have a dental procedure done this is everything you can hope for. Also I did not experience any pain during it after the procedure. As usual the staff was excellent and they work so well together as a team. Thanks again Stone Ridge Dentistry!

Horrific experience // incompetent reception staff. First appointment as a new patient was 1.5 months out. Provided my insurance and SSN details at the time of booking. Was told if there were any issues they'd reach out, and that no news is good news. The day of the appointment I received four phone calls, each time they asked for the same insurance and SSN details. The calls became increasingly belligerent. On the final call (and only 30 mins before the scheduled appointment) they asked for the phone number for Guardian - a well known and widely used insurance provider - instead of researching it themselves (popped up after 1 search on Google). Needless to say I'll be finding another dentist and suggest you do the same.

Dr Wayne Hill as fine a dentist as is, I had an absolutely wonderful visit, a broken molar, and he fit me right into his schedule although I was a new patient. His son assists him and together they were calming, the environment serene and relaxing, Dr. Hill has a quiet professional manner, and he took care of the problem efficiently and with no discomfort. I highly recommend Dr Wayne Hill and will always use him in future

Although the dentistry I received was satisfactory, they kept me waiting for nearly 2 hours. When I wrote a note about my long wait and withheld less than 10% of my bill, they reported the remainder to a collection agency. Before 30 days were up, I received a bill from another collection agency. This seems a bit extreme for 60 odd dollars. Also, had their office called me and apologized I'm certain that an amicable solution would have resulted.

Dr St Hill is one of the best dentist there is , chair side manner is perfect and his assistant the young man is also perfect. Dr. St. Hill is amazing! Dr. St. Hill and his staff were extremely friendly. From patient education that was presented to me in the chair on the over head screen to the instant viewing of my X-rays that were done digitally.Makes it extremely comfortable to be in the chair. I was so comfortable and at ease when he was doing work I started to fall asleep, talk about amazing! I wouldn't be able to believe a patient could have a problem in this office unless they were a problematic patient. 5 stars!

Dr. St Hill has been my dentist since I was a I relocated to the area. I always had a fear of the dentist until I met Dr. St Hill. He is such a patient and gentle dentist. He always makes me feel very comfortable and takes his time explaining what procedures will be done. I recently had all of my wisdom teeth removed. Dr. St Hill and his staff were excellent during the entire process and really helped me feel at ease.

Dr St.Hill was absolutely amazing with my daughter, while we were visiting family my daughter, fell and slammed on her face while rideing her bike with her cousins ,causing serious damage. We called a bunch of Dentist in the area,and not 1 had an emergency opening and all told us it's sound like she should be seen by an oral surgeon, after several more phone calls we finally got a same day appointment with Dr.St.hill, the doctor and his staff were polite, caring and ,reassuring to our Grace. 5?

Mumbles, hard to understand. Extremely rude. Should learn to be nicer to the people around him. Very disappointing, won't be going back.
