Good and knowledgeable doctor. His staffs is also very friendly and willing to help. Even though the office is always busy, the front office staff still tried their best to help each patient and spend time explaining to patients about their insurance coverage. I do understand the wait time is a little long which is why I didn't give it a five stars but I know they tried their best with the volume of patients that they have.

Would give 0 star if I could. The doctor acutally seems nice but does care about his patient at all. I go there because they open on saturday unlike other places. Of the 3 times I went, I voiced my concern to Dr. Bao, he just offered stupidly simple advices, the kinda advice you can google yourself. Even when I insisted that it hurts, he stil doesnt care, he just wants your paycheck. Also, the medical bill is unreasonable, the nurses do not explain what is not covered and bill you for their serv

Medical wise, he is good. Other than that, the office people or the ethical business is the WORST.. only money, money, money... Beware
