I made it clear over and over no morcellation. After surgery photos shows morcellated. I know someone who passed away from this. Gyns can not guarantee biopsies are accurate. The Gyn field moves forward at the slowest pace.No testing has been advanced, no improvements but they want to risk a patient by getting them out early and quick recovery is more important than their life future. Knowledge is power. Look at the many sad lawsuits of mothers who are no longer with their family.

Dr. Lin is a great doctor. He is a kind and very skilled professional. He truly cares about his patients and made me feel comfortable and secure.

Dr. Lin is a skilled surgeon, with a kind bedside manner; 2 traits not common in one person. Dr Lin took a stage 3 ovarian cancer pt and completed a thorough debulking surgery. staying in the o.r. (hours) until he felt he was done, only breaking to come out to the darkened waiting room to update me. Dr Lin Saved my life! I was diagnosed with Clear Cell Ovarian Cancer in July 2014. Dr Lin performed a total abdominal hysterectomy, bilateral salpingo-oophorectomy and omentectomy. He also removed my small and large intestines and combed through them for cancer before stuffing them all back in and removed all lymph nodes in the surrounding areas. Following Surgery I received 6 months of intense chemo therapy. It was a long road to recovery but I am still cancer free after 2 years. Pure Genious!

I had a hysterectomy with Dr Lin to remove cancer. I had very little bleeding and virtually no pain afterwards. Dr Lin is a very kind and encouraging doctor who takes time to explain things and makes dealing with cancer manageable. Dr. Lin performed a laparoscopy hysterectomy on my mother. The procedure went smoothly and with his expertise, he was able to save one ovary. Thank you so much for helping my mom and taking off decades of pain! We appreciate you so much!

I had a major surgery with Dr. Lin and his partner Dr. DeLeon at Mission Hills Providence Hospital on April 2016 - from City of Hope. I had a huge 20cm ovarian cyst removed including a full hysterectomy and my appendix was also removed. Dr. Lin and Dr. DeLeon are incredible doctors/surgeons. Even though I had to wait 3 weeks before the surgery plus another week to get an appointment, they're worth waiting for.

I was referred to Dr. Lin by my gynecologist. He seemed very nice at my first office visit but I'm extremely displeased with follow-up. He ran more tests and the results have been in for 10 days. I have yet to receive a return phone call after leaving 3 different messages and his office cannot even confirm he has read the results. Very disappointing to say the least given the area of medicine he practices.

I was to have an oophorectomy for a non-cancerous tumor. Dr. Lin took out everything! Total abdominal hysterectomy instead of performing a simple oophorectomy. The swelling today [3 years later] is the same as just after the surgery. I asked him several times what to do to recover; he said, your body will tell you. I hadn't ever had any deep core surgery so I didn't realize I wasn't sewn up correctly... Bottom line, I may have to have another major surgery to repair his work.

Dr. Lin may be a talented surgeon, and I once thought that skill was the only thing that mattered in choosing a doctor, but I was wrong. My mother was Dr. Lin's patient, and she had a hard time hearing. Instead of looking at her & speaking more loudly, he would talk to the family as if she wasn't there. He was always brusque & gave the impression of being in a big rush. He barely spent any time with her when he rounded, and totally missed a complication after the surgery. Surgery skill-5 Care-0
