COMMUNITY HEALTH CENTER DENTAL: Horrible and fraudulent! Urgent care dental is scamming insurance through xrays. I was all set day before for 730am dental extractions. Couldn't sleep our eat. Checked in at their Baystate Medical Center location. They assured me day before and morning of they could do the simple extractions. I get onto dental chair and the Dentist was not interested in providing and urgent care. He did series of xrays (I have cancer so this always gets my attention.) to see under my gums. Even though he had me open my mouth and saw the 2 needing to come out. He said I need to premedicate for appointment and I assured him I NEVER have. He refused to call my Dr within his practice to confirm. He asked my firm of payment and as soon as he heard what I said and confirmed by my intake firms the day before he then abruptly ended the urgent care appointment telling me to come back in 4 to 6 weeks! WTF?! HE KNEW HE WERE NOT GOING TO PROVIDE ME CARE BEFORE HE EVEN CANE IN ROOM! Upset I asked why he will not provide me care but radiated me?! HE ACTUALLY IN THE RUDEST AND CONDESCENDING WAY ANSWERED "Because I have other patients today". Shocked I looked at the first come first serve sign and agreement I signed and he made a comment about it taking too long to extract the 2 teeth. Then he asked questions I had answered several times. I have been in the hair 8 minutes thus far. He then proceeds to tell his assistant the WRONG teeth that needed to come out! OH MY GOD! HORRIFYING! HE left the room to get a Rc for mouth rinse and I heard him ask which if any urgent care people waiting out of the 4 of us-whete cash? Hmmmm.. so I get the impression if I were passing cash he would have provide the services that I were promised the day before and morning of. THIS DENTIST IS A FRAUD! THIS PRACTICE HAS BEEN DISCREDITED DUE TO THEIR unethical and highly unqualified staff. Horrified! Called my normal dentist who ended up coming into her Springfield office on her day off to provide services under clear urgent need. She felt horrible about the traumatizing and fraudulent treatment imposed upon me at CHC by DENTIST ...... oh yeah he's not listed on any sites associated with the practice. If first come first serve.. I was first and was refused anything but radiation. I'm consulting a attorney and may be getting together with other dental care patients who have been scammed and rejected for a 10 to 15 extraction.
