Been my doctor for decades. I find him caring and concise. Down-to-earth, realistic, and an excellent physician. I would not want to go elsewhere . I am now a senior citizen and his excellent care for me has remained unchanged over the years. With concierge service, he can take his time and actually LISTEN to you. Always there when we need him. He has been our doctor for the past 20 years and we still live well thanks to him.

I have always felt that if I had some unknown aliment that I needed treatment for I would receive immediate help from Dr. Ovalle and his great staff. He's an excellent primary care physician.

Dr. Wernher Ovalle has been my primary physician for several years. His concierge practice has been fantastic. I have never had trouble reaching him or his staff (Tycie and Mireya). I have reached nights and weekends, when needed. Whether i'ts a phone call or one of many visits, he takes the time that I need to grasp both preventative and corrective measures. I have never been rushed through a visit nor have I ever waited long in the reception area. Dr. Ovalle, Tycie and Mireya take the time to understand your unique health needs through the many stages of life (and upcoming stages of life. They also take the time to assist with any specialist that are needed. Dr. Ovalle is attentive and caring. He does not rush you and has good solutions that make sense for your unique health problems. He makes sure every issue is dealt with in a timely manner. I would not hesitate to recommend him to my family and friends.

I was referred to Dr. Ovalle as my primary care physician by an excellent & experienced registered nurse who is from a medical family and well aware of the best practitioners in this area. She knows Dr. Ovalle first-hand as she, too, is his patient. Everyone, no matter how healthy, has relative risk factors in his/her medical profile, especially when you’re over 70, as am I. What struck me immediately is that Dr. O teams up with you. He custom-tailors his approach to your specific risk factors and says that his job is to minimize those risks. By way of one example, after struggling for years to lose weight, under his tutelage I have comfortably done that, in short order, due to a sustainable lifestyle change (not a diet). I am a very well educated, rational person, but unfortunately doctor-phobic. Dr. O makes me feel like he’s my teammate & friend, not someone to fear. He’s bright, capable, thoughtful, engaging, available when needed, and truly cares about each patient. As far as the doctor, nurses and office staff go, this office is top tier. I am convinced that I will never find a better doctor’s office. When you go in for your appointments you feel like everyone there really cares about you and you’re not just a number. Dr. Ovalle takes his time with you, answers all of your questions and never makes you feel rushed. He has been able to diagnose and treat issues that other doctors have missed or have mistaken for something they were not. His office manager Tycie and his nurse Maria go above and beyond and are so genuinely kind and caring. I feel so lucky to have found them and have been a patient of theirs for over 10 years now. Twenty years of going through life with Doctor Ovalle as my primary Doctor. After all these years I can tell you you can't find any better primary Doctor out here. I can tell you the majority of disgruntled reviews has to do with a couple issues. One was the big lie if you want to keep your Doctor you can keep your Doctor. How is that is fault when your insurance won't cover him anymore. Also unfortunately the government has made it a nightmare with tons of paperwork to fill out and made it so time consuming that it is hardly manageable. The other complaint by patients that he implement a concierge program which is optional.More and more Doctors today have to do this to just stay financially afloat. It gives concierge patient just a little more scheduling times with priority. With the minimum prices Medicare pays you wouldn't have any quality of Doctors out there! Thank the concierge patient's that patronize that program. It leaves the rest of us a Great Doctor that can't make ends meet otherwise. More and more Doctors dropping all medicare patients.There are fewer and fewer Doctors out there do to medical training and college because of time invested and college tuition and expenses. More and more intelligent people these days are pursuing alternate careers . If Medicare for all passes plan on a year wait to schedule an appointment that that's if there is Doctors left! 18 years or more as a patient. Medicine and health are hard but he always try's his best. Great heart!

Unprofessional, doesn't understand elderly needs, intrusive and uncaring. If your over 60, find another doctor.
