It was my first visit to Swiftwater dental. Alicia, my dental assistant was awesome, funny and very professional. Dr. Coder was superb, she made great recommendations for my continued dental care. The office staff was very friendly and welcoming and the office space is decorated with lovely, calming, natural wood and stone elements and is nice and bright.

I'm writing in place of my husband who had the appointment with Candace for cleaning. She has been our favorite hygienist for a long time and dearly love her. She does a great job, is personable and caring. Dr. Coder has become a jewel in our eyes as well. She takes time to explain things very thoroughly and does a wonderful job on tooth restoration. We hope the two of them stay here forever.

Dr Wesley is the best dentist I have been to. I have struggled with fear of dentistry my whole life. He has made my dental experiences so easy. He is kind, gentle and all around nice guy. Thank you!

Dr. Johnson and his staff created a dental plan to repair and improve my dental health. The result was fantastic! My smile is genuine and beautiful, thanks to Swiftwater Dental.

Dr. Johnson and his team always provide excellent service, take personal care in each patient and go above and beyond. We are extremely fortunate to have his practice in our community!

Though "the dentist" is my least favorite place to spend my time, I can count on Dr. Johnson (and staff) to be prompt, professional, friendly and straightforward when communicating pros/cons of procedures. I highly recommend Swiftwater.

Been charged TWICE randomly with no explanation for these charges MONTHS after an appt. and they deny they happen. got charged $15 out of no where and they wont explain why and today got a $54 dollar charge again with no explanation. Will be filing a fraudulent charge in the morning.

My appointment was on time and the receptionist was so pleasant to answer my questions on my insurance. I had ex-rays and teeth cleaning today. They were done in a relaxing chair and with easy by the technician who was very genital. See ya in 6 months!

Friendly, fast and professional. A great experience all around. Paula is one of the best hygienists I’ve ever had! I’m so glad this team has exceeded the expectations of replacing my all time favorite dentist who retired his practice. We are so lucky to have this business here in Cle Elum.

Dr.Johnson and staff are knowledgeable, professional, and overall, top notch!

I hate having dental work done but the folks here are friendly, patient, and understanding!! Procedures were clearly explained, I was always made aware of what was needed, what was being done, etc.. They also do their best to help you get the most out of your insurance coverage to keep OOP expenses down. Very happy client here!

The experience starts when you walk into the office, it is such a comfortable atmosphere. The office personal are friendly and welcoming. This was the first time to Swiftwater Dental and seeing Dr Johnson. I was recommended to this practice by another dentist. They were swift in getting me an appointment for a tooth problem. I received the paperwork ahead of time to make the time efficient in the office. The Doctor was very friendly/professional and introduced how he works. We are so thankful for SWD! Our youngest has sever anxiety and we had experienced several years of heartbreak when it came to tries and fails elsewhere. The staff is so so patient and caring! Our experiences with Lindsey and Dr. Timmerman were Very positive and our son who is petrified of anyone in a dental office actually said ‘I like Paula’! I had a filling escape on Thursday and called Swiftwater to see if they could check it for me. I went in at 1:30 on Friday and walked out at 3 pm with two new temporary crowns! I'm a new patient, but the few times I've been in, have been wonderful...who says that about going to the dentist? Alex and Nicole are always super friendly, efficient, and accommodating! Paula has such a gentle cleaning technique, I no longer dread going to get my teeth cleaned! Dr Timmerman is super skilled, and takes the time to listen to your concerns and explain everything thoroughly and put you at ease! Lindsey is an exceptional dental assistant who teams well with Dr Timmerman, and at times(in his words) it's like she's reading his mind...this makes for a fast fun experience(these two are hilarious)! I recently had the pleasure of becoming a new client to Dr. Johnson. From the moment I walked in I was treated with kindness. The office is nicely laid out and the exam rooms are pleasantly designed with large windows looking out onto a courtyard with bird feeders and such. My hygienist Paula is highly skilled and knowledgeable with a wonderful chairside manner. She even offered a blanket since the A/C was on and it could be chilly. She explained everything in detail and at the same time being very gentle. All in all it was a pleasant visit. I highly recommend Swiftwater Dental. I don't know anyone who LOVES going to the dentist, but these guys make it great! Everyone is super nice and very attentive. Swiftwater Dental was easy to work with setting up an appointment, getting me in when I had to cancel, and had a lovely experience when I was there for a cleaning recently. She turned dental visits from torture and dread, to smooth sailing. She is absolutely amazing and the best. She truly cares about my comfort and keeping my teeth and gums healthy.
