Dr Binder did a fantastic job with my broken arm. I am back on my Dirt Bike after only a couple of months.

My experience with Dr Bender was Excellent ! He spotted a broken foot that went undiagnosed for 6 years prior! No questions asked he went in and fixed my foot to the best of anyone's ability. My kind of Doctor!

Worst experience of my life. I had custom cheek implants. They were placed approx. 4 cm wider on the face than the model and design specified, one too high, one too low. Both are so far away from their design making electing for custom implants completely redundant and they need to be replaced. One corner is visibly causing a large bump under my eye, hanging over the orbital rim and poking into my eye socket causing it to twitch and irritate. The other is so low it looks completely abnormal. I had a CT scan after to determine placement and he actively tried not to show it to me. He then lost his temper when I asked to see the full CT scan computer model. He was in denial the whole time about how far off the placement was, exactly like the previous reviewer suggests. I have seen two surgeons in follow-up consulations and they all cannot explain why the implants were placed so far away from their design. Dr Binder discussed a cash settlement with me over the phone, then decided to pretend in writing the discussion did not take place once he received the requested quotes. This Doctor is unethical, uses his temper to manipulate you, and lacks skill. His aesthetic taste is nonexistent. I strongly advise you to look elsewhere. Dr binder is nice and very knowledgeable. His nurse LISA, NOT SO MUCH. After an hour past our appointment time, I asked how long it would be before we see the doctor. She proceeded to say, to another staff member, I don’t know what you want me to do, I’m doing my rooms, I can’t help he’s behind. Shocked by her RUDE tone, I said “you would think we’d asked her 5 times” (to the other staff member) and walked back to the waiting area. lisa chased me down the hall and proceeded to scream at me to not say anything to her or about her and how dare I. I asked if this is okay to talk to patients this way when I was simply trying to check the status of the doc. As she walked away she yelled in her “supervisors” face, “you need to get her”. I have NEVER seen someone act SO unprofessional and keep their job. They should be absolutely ashamed of condoning this type of treatment. Dr Binder did a great job on my right hand carpal tunnel surgery I will be going back to him for my left hand.

Today at 11:00 am 2/17/18 my wife had an appointment to see Dr Binder. , it was her day off Saturday so myself and granddaughter and my Service Dog which has all her the credentials and federal ID card ... obviously they had a problem Hollie was terribly rude and an MA of one of the Doctors which came out the door and asked to photo copy service Dog ID .they asked me to take my dog outside ! i suffer from PSTD they showed me nor my dog which was sitting on lap quitely and covered under Federal LAW no compassion and understanding of my illness....Hollie i will get in touch with right human rights activists and pursue this matter till .its Exhausted My wife cancelled Appt do to there actions and will seek legal advise ...I dont recommend DR Binders office to anyone looking for compassion and sensitivity their staff first one of all Hollie are rude and should be ashamed of themselves and I am hoping the doctors in the office do not condone their actions. When my wife broke her foot a couple years back and dr. Binder was her doctor my service dog attended over a dozen appointments and they had no issues or complaints of my dog. Often store owners and their employees don't understand that according to the Americans with Disabilities Act, any animal that is individually trained to assist a person with disabilities is a service animal, and that by law businesses cannot deny service to anyone with a service dog. I highly recommend this doctor. He has replaced my mothers shoulder and both knees. He diagnosed a shattered knee cap when the ER missed it. As a nurse I feel comfortable recommending anyone who asks.

Dr. Binder is an excellent surgeon and helped three of my elderly family members over the years. His office staff were always professional, efficient and helpful. He is easily one of the best doctors in Lake Havasu City.

Staff very friendly. Kept me informed of all procedures. Explained everything clear. Asked me a few times if I understood what was going on. Spent time going over everything.Did not feel like I was being rushed through at all.

Appt. at 10am arrived at 930am finally called in at 11 am?? Was told in doc's room 2 minutes?? 15 minutes later I was outa there!! Not a single person let us know how late things were!! Highly Unprofessional!! Don't go unless you have time to waste.. oh and my dog in the car and I let them know!! Didn't Care!!

I would never recommend anyone see Dr. Binder. He ignored both the x-ray I brought which showed a torn meniscus and what I explained to him, Then looked at my knee and said I needed a shot. Gave me a shot and when that didn't work, gave me another one and sent me home. I was up all night with the pain from the shots and couldn't walk without severe pain for 16 hours. I ended up having knee surgery to repair the meniscus by a Phoenix specialist. I saw no respect for his patient.
