Customer service is not what it should be. Rude! I was actually hung up on!

Words cannot express how Greatful my husband and I are to have been blessed with the most Amazing Doctor !Doctor Boyett and his Nurses speak with you with dignity and they stop and Listen to you in the same manner.Dr Boyett has had a huge impact saving my Life and continuing to care and help me work through issues!I Trust him 100%

When I tell you I love this place, I mean it! I am terrified of doctors and needles, and some places I’ve been at never cared about my needle fear, but this place, they make me feel like I’m welcomed and cared about! Every time I had to get my blood drawn they always talked me down and made me feel better. Plus they’re always so gentle. They nurses and Dr. Boyett, they are really doing a great job. I am so very blessed to have Dr. Boyett and his staff. They are the best.

Doctor Boyett and his staff are awesome! They always go above and beyond for their patients.

Dr Boyett is a great doctor, He is knowledgeable always polite, very friendly and compassionate about his patients, His staff always has a smile and speaks to you like they've know you forever, I drive 30 miles one way to my appointments. I would not think about going anywhere else.

Great doctor and nurses- probably the best patient care I’ve experienced in Dalton, Chattanooga and Atlanta. I’m very grateful I’ve found this office!

Dr Boyett is an amazing doctor. He makes you feel like you're talking with an old friend when you're in the office. He has a very warm and inviting bed side manner. He is an extremely knowledgeable man . He is honestly the best doctor I have ever had.

This is got to be one of the best doctors I've seen in a long time actually I don't think I've ever seen a doctor as nice and understanding as this doctor it's not like you're talking to a brick wall.

Wonderful experience. They're all nice but I was especially surprised to see that the Dr genuinely cared. He didn't rush and was easy to talk to.

Dr. Boyett listens! He has truly changed my life! Staff is friendly and professional. Visits areally timely and always pleasant!

My husband and I go here. Dr Boyett is the best family doctor that we could have ever hoped to find. Very happy with him and his wonderful staff.

Excellent Doctor. He is not on my insurance, but will pay to see him over the other Doctors in the area.

Dr.Boyette has been my pcp for several years now he takes the time to listen to you and has concern for his patients. The staff are very friendly and attentive as well.

Myself and my elderly parents have been seeing Dr. Boyett for several years now. He and whole office are wonderful. He takes his time to listen and talk with you. You don't feel rushed. That may mean a longer wait time, but that's fine with me. I'd rather have a doc who treats me like a person and not like a number. No one better in Dalton or Chattanooga!

My new primary care doc for sure. He actually cares and takes the time to really talk to you and address all your concerns. Had to waste time with so many other docs who barely look at you, rush you through and don't seem to really listen to you before finding Dr. Boyett. Very friendly nurses and staff too. Bit of a longer wait time than I might have like but still by far the best family practice I've ever used. They seem to get you in quicker than most too, my first appointment was only a week later when I called to schedule. My new primary care doc for sure.
