Very nice and A Good Doctor

Very knowledgeable clear concise to the point, surgery was great,walking unassisted in 3 days

Dr. Carpenter was super nice and thorough with my appointment.

I was referred to Dr Carpenter from a friend of mine who had recently had knee surgery, and she couldn’t say enough about him. Dr Carpenter was the 3rd Ortho doctor I had seen and he absolutely did not disappoint. Very thorough and unlike the other Ortho doctors I had seen he explained the process and there was absolutely zero pressure to move forward with a knee replacement which I clearly need but his words were, it’s completely up to you based on how you feel and your pain level. The amount of cutting edge technology that will be used for my surgery is amazing to me. The other ortho doctors wanted to schedule surgery right away unlike Dr Carpenter. I can’t say enough about what I have experienced so far!!

Dr. Carpenter was very personable. He listen and explained the x-rays.

Dr Carpenter always takes care of me. Has time for my question And we talk out what’s the best solution for my knee. He is not only a good Doctor He’s a good physician.❤️❤️❤️

Dr. Carpenter was an answer to prayer. Another dr. Performed a knee replacement that caused pain for three years. Dr Carpenter did a revision surgery and I recommend him to anyone. His staff was very helpful and friendly.

Dr. Carpenter genuinely cares about his patients. I have less knee pain now than I had prior to the surgery. The incision barely left a scar.

Dr Carpenter sits and really listens before making decisions about treatment. The initial appointment and check-in involves getting thorough information, x-rays, etc. Treatment begins based on that information with follow-up as necessary. Definitely recommend going to TOA and Dr Carpenter.

Parking is easy. Very friendly staff. Dr Carpenter really took his time with me and took my situation seriously.

Dr. Carpenter and his staff made my visit wonderful. They are very caring and professional.

Dr. Carpenter is very knowledgeable and to the point. He looked at my knee and said MRI. Dr. Carpenter has a wonderful bedside manner and he appears to genuinely care about his patients.

Nice, convenient facility. Check-in is streamlined and easy. Dr. Carpenter is a very competent physician who is handling my care and treatment well. I highly recommend him!

Dr. CARPENTER WAS very patient with me. He listened to everything I said. Then he examined my knee and said what he thought I might want to do to help my pain.

From the very first meeting with Dr.Carpenter he was kind and had the very best bed side manner of any doctor we have ever encountered! Made me feel very comfortable and at ease with my upcoming hip replacement surgery! He has also done an exceptionally great job during the whole surgery and aftercare ! Would highly recommend !

Was very pleased with Dr. Carpenter. He seems to be very sincere and dedicated to his patients. I know you that I got one his nurse nerves, but returned every call answered every question. Very nice doctor and understanding doctor He answered all of my questions and took care of me highly recommend him

It is a very good experience from beginning to end. Streamlined online pre check and in person check. I didn’t wait more than 5 minutes for my appointment. I saw Dr. Carpenter within a few minutes of being in the room. I’ve seen him before and he’s always kind and extremely helpful. Very knowledgeable with an excellent bedside manner. Dr. Carpenter is awesome! He has great patient rapport and laid out an easily understood treatment plan that gave me peace of mind and confidence moving forward. As a previous athlete wanting to return to activity, I would recommend him to anyone wanting a comprehensive and knowledgeable assessment of injury and function! Everyone was warm and made me feel welcome.

Great experience my hip pain was greatly reduced after treatment.

I had a knee replacement in August 2020 by another physician. I went home fell broke my leg and met Dr Carpenter and his staff. (wish I had met him first) anyway he got thrown in the middle after I was in trouble. I have to say he and his staff are the most compassionate, caring group I have ever met. They took such good care of me explaining everything and let me ask questions I was never rushed in and out of the office.
