Great bedside manner and tremendous work for such an odd case of isolated gum recession. Fantastic front desk staff.

I have been going to Dr. William Cohen for 30 years. He always goes above and beyond my expectations. He recently put in an implant for me which looks and feels great. A few years back, he pulled two teeth for my teenage daughter. She is normally afraid of dental work. However, Dr. Cohen did a masterful job of distracting her so that she hardly knew when he injected Novocain in her gums and when he pulled her two teeth out. I highly recommend him for just about any type of oral surgery or procedure.

the 2 star was for the office staffs mainly. i was given the recommendation by my primary dentist for some periodontal issue, when i call for appt, the first question i asked was if they take my dental insurance which is cigna ppo. the answer was clear' yes. we do take that insurance' after seeing dr in office i was directed follow ups for being a regular pt for main overall dental health by having regular 3rd cleaning each year besides the twice i have been getting from my own regular dentist, after i was told i have no problem and my compliant which was the reason for this visiting was not an issue or nothing need to be done...while making follow up appt i was concerned about the 3rd cleaning cost, back forth go great length for a sensible answer, eventually i was told that they office is not within the net work of my insurance. when i asked why i was not informed me when i firstly checked with them initially, the answer was 'yes, we can take your insurance and send claim to them' so it is like 'ok i physically take your card information and send claim to then anyway' even knowing that they are not in my cigna net work and the ppo means network only.??? WHEN I REPEATED MY QUESTION ABOUT WHY THIS OFFICE WITHHOLD RIGHT/COMPLETED INFORMATION REGARDING THE INSURANCE, IT WAS IGNORED BY REPEATEDLY ASKING ME IF I WANTED TO MAKE APPT OR NOT...THE Attitude was indifferent if not using the word as rude. i am not sure if that is correct for them to answer pt q this way by misleading, or would themselves felt ok if change a position as pt. if unethical is too strong word, then unprofessional or uncivilized should be not far from understatement. i saw others review saying the office staffs were friendly and nice, but that was not the impression from my experience . maybe, they treating ppl/patients differently? if for rating the office staff only, i would give them 0. the 2 star was for the office staffs mainly. i was given the recommendation by my primary dentist for some periodontal issue, when i call for appt, the first question i asked was if they take my dental insurance which is cigna ppo. the … More

Great staff.

I had an implant procedure done at Dr Cohen’s office and the entire experience was exceptional from his informative and caring staff to Dr Cohen’s expertise and bedside manner. Had a tooth extraction a month ago and small razor sharp bone shards keep working to surface that are painful. Last night I was in significant pain and panicked, reached out to Bill. Said come in first thing. Too care of issue, showed great compassion despite it turning out to be very minor. Bill and staff are wonderful. This rate was for the office staffs mainly. I was given the recommendation by my primary dentist for some periodontal issue. The office staffs are poorly in explanation about the PPO insurance on the phone. When I got there, I got everything check up and that the doctor recommend to do deep cleaning. The doctor was great for explain the issues and that what procedure I should take. The doctor explain the deep clean will have to do one to two weeks apart. they will clean half and half which mean each time will be one side (top and bottom). Anyway, I came out to talk to the Office staffs about the payment. They just said it will cost $485 each time. However, it cost $970 each time because it is top and bottom. The price they told me was only one side/top or bottom. I don't know why they have to said $485? I believe no-one will come to clean for 4 times. Or maybe I am wrong! Got a dental implant from doctor Cohen. Very satisfied. Highly recommend him.

What a great office and clinician. I needed a tooth extracted and implant placed. Not only did Dr Cohen do that, he also made me a temporary crown and all with no discomfort what so ever. Highly recommend.

Great doctor and office staff! The office staff helped me to get some long-standing coverage issues with my primary and supplementary dental insurance resolved. They did not need to do that but took it upon themselves to get it fixed ... so thankful for that! Dr. Cohen is a master of his trade. My time with him is complete and I am anxiously awaiting my final fittings with my primary dentist. My temps currently look pretty damn good ... can't wait to see the real thing! The process took longer than I originally anticipated, but then again, COVID has screwed up just about everything this year. I'll be going back if I need any other implants. This is an easy five stars from me and my experience. After I had my wisdom teeth removed from an outside office, I developed many problems. I was referred to another periodontist via my dentist and felt things just weren't right. I then was recommended to Dr. Cohen by a colleague telling me he was "the best of the best". After walking into his office, I immediately felt comfortable and ready for my procedure. My procedure was quick and easy, virtually painless. After three days of recovery, I was back to feeling 100%, and my gums have never looked better. If you are looking for a great periodontist, look no further, Dr. Cohen is the way to go! Dr. Cohen has been caring for me for 20 plus years and has been an exceptional professional! Everyone in his office is kind and polite and treats me with respect. They are always timely and courteous and the care I have received has been of the highest quality!

This office provided excellent care while I was going through getting implants. My case was very difficult and Dr. Cohen and his staff were able to customize the solution that worked best for me. He also worked very closely with my Dentist on the case so that my result would be perfect.

I have been seeing Dr. Cohen for about 8 years. His office staff is amazing and he has performed what I would call miracles on my teeth and gum issues! I would highly recommend him to anyone! Best dental decision I ever made!!

I couldn't recommend Dr. Cohen more! I had two immediate download implants and the entire procedure done on the same day, implant, abuttment and temporary crown which he makes himself; it was a front tooth and looked great in color and appearance. And he even offers several payment plans which I really appreciated! His entire staff is friendly and caring and organized. Don't hesitate to see Dr. Cohen if you need an implant.

My first implant experience was painless and only lasted 3 months from the first to last visit! Dr. Cohen and his staff were very nice and help alleviate my fear of the procedure. On my the first visit, I left with a temporary front tooth that looked very professional. I would definitely recommend Dr. Cohen if you need an implant!

I went to Dr. Cohen for 3 implants. I had multiple opinions prior to seeing Dr. Cohen, and am relieved that I got a referral from my friend to go to see Dr. Cohen. I pushed these implants off for many years, and so happy that I went with Dr. Cohen. He was extremely thorough, I knew exactly what to expect throughout the whole entire implant process, and he even called me the night after my surgery to check in to see how I was feeling and then he followed up with me again the following week to check up. Dr. Cohen really cares about his patients, and it was a overall very pleasant experience for me. I went to Dr. Cohen for 3 implants.
