I was reffered to Dr Cook as highly recommended for mental health and wanted to check him out for a friend. When I called last year in 2020 his front office told me there was a waiting list of about a dozen people ahead and expect a few months is all to get in. I called back after 4 months and got the same story, so I patiently waited. Did the same after 8 months amd began to wonder. Its now been a year and when I reached out most recently last week and today I was mis treated by the front office. I found that we were mot on a waiting list, I asked to speak to the Dr Cook himself and was told again by from office that I was a bully, so I decided to leave a message for Dr Cook last week. I followed up this morning and foumd from the front office that he did get my message? Amd that he did not want to return my call. During this time the only information the front office was clear amd honest with was the cost to see him was $500 for this “private care” when I spoke to them in 2020, and half way through these calls I was told the price increased to $600. I explained the money was not an issue, rather we were only looking for an opportunity to meet and see Dr Cook or perhaps he could refer us to another swell Dr. neither occurred!!! I don’t have a personal experience with the doctor but his office staff is quite rude. AND they refused to see a patient who had suffered a medical condition and was hospitalized and unable to go to their office or contact them for two and half months because she was in ICU AND now when she contacts them to get her medication they refuse to see her AT ALL. I do NOT understand how a doctor can do this to a patient. This medication is NOT one that you can just stop taking. I cannot believe a doctor would treat their patient like this. You can bet your bottom dollar that if something else happens to her as a result of having to get off this medicine cold turkey because he refuses to see her, we will see him in court. Hes a great doctor. He saved my life hes more to me than my doctor he is someone who really listens to you ..

Well due to an emergency I could not make my cosit. He dropped me and wrote rediculous letter. And xontridicayes everything we talked about on the sessions. He wants money another greedy doctor. To u think he cTea but he doesn't and didn't I drove 3 1/2 hours after moving for the area. He takes advantage iteems and his psychiatrist sessions never went any were. He took time with me- no other physicians had taken before. He listened to my problems and offered support and advice. He is a great doctor.

I’ve been seeing Dr Cook for years. He takes the time to listen, he cares & he’s more than a doctor. He’s a friend. He’s the best out there. And has the best secretary, very friendly and they both go above and beyond to help.
