Dr. William L Crouch IV

Dr. Crouch and his staff are incredibly caring, thorough and professional. My husband's friend (who also has adult ADHD) referred me to this office last summer, and I'm so impressed with Dr. Crouch and his welcoming staff that I still attend my monthly checkups from my new home two hours away from this office. My little girls are treated like royalty when we visit, and I am so grateful to be in the hands of a doctor who asks far more questions about my overall well-being than the average doctor takes the time to do. I would recommend you see this doctor if you want to have personalized medical treatment. He always remembers what I've told him in prior visits and monitors me closely for potential side effects of my prescription. I am currently in an emotionally stressful marriage, so the support I receive and the kindness I am shown by Dr. Crouch and all of his staff is incredibly important to me. Thank you so much, Dr. Crouch, for taking such excellent care of me (and all of your other loyal patients).

Dr. Crouch is a great doctor. He thoroughly goes over any and every issue/problem I may be having. It is very reassuring to have an actual doctor take up the time with his patients...

The doctor is great however... I had one appointment with the doctor where he prescribed new Asthma meds, when I went back for a follow up and refill on my prescription they told me on the day of my appointment that they no longer take self pay patients and that you have to sign up for their plan where you pay them $65 a month for a year, whether you need to see the doctor or not. Would have been nice to know that before getting started on a new medication and then being told I couldn't see the doctor with out being strong armed into signing a contract. $65 a month or $780 a year. The office staff shook their head and acted as if I was crazy for not wanting to pay in advance for visits I wouldn't need. Why didn't anyone say this was their rules before seeing me and starting me on new meds n the first place? The doctor is great however... This doctor for years gave my father pills to take care of his pain then laws changed and could not give him the same amount any longer. Well my father suffered withdrawals which the doctor should have anticipated knowing that my father lived alone and was deathly afraid of hospitals. Medical assistance at home, nurse care, forced rehab or even a gradual reduction. There should have been some kind of medical assistance from the doctor to anticipate the withdrawals. Well my father could not handle the pain and the immediate reduction in dosage and passed away. I understand this is hard to read but this was our experience and others should know. Also when I read that another individual on here reviewed this doctor and mentioned the pill aspect as well, I knew we were not alone. Dr. Crouch is the first doctor I have had that I feel listens to each and every medical concern I have and genuinely cares about my best interests and finding the results for me. I am 100% confident in his care and trust that he has my best interests at heart 100% of the time. I highly recommend Dr. Crouch.

This is Kimberly Graber (too sick to try to change usernames). I want to thank Epiphany Primary Health, Dr. William Crouch and Dr. Lee Gross for making their practice a Direct Primary Care. It enabled me to get the care I needed right when I needed it. I tried to ride it out but it became obvious I needed help in getting healthy. So I walked in, hoping I'd get seen and get the meds. Lucky for me, they were able to see me. I would have been okay with an appt the next day or so BUT, no I got seen. Everyone has been totally professional every time I go in. (very rarely but usually when it's obvious I need to go in). I changed over to Epiphany about two years ago after firing my previous doctor for being too busy to see me. Best decision ever. Dr William Crouch is a very caring doctor. He listen to you and cares about you. The entire office help is helpful and also cares about you. They always get back to you in a timely manner. Not to mention you can get in to see the doctors within a few days, and sometimes the same day. I recommend these doctors highly and the care I receive is of the highest quality. Does not spend much time with patients and dont know how to treat certain ilnesses so he just gives you pills that make you worse off. Spends maybe 2 minutes with you and doesnt listen to how youre feeling and treat it accordingly. Also the staff does not return phone calls when you need the doctors advice which is very rude and potentially dangerous. Dr. Crouch is just the type of caring and professional Doctor I was looking for. For starters, I was able to get an appointment in a reasonable time and was treated quickly upon my arrival. Dr. Crouch took his time understanding my healthcare needs. He was very thorough in his examination and informative in his findings.
