Very friendly and helpful staff

I loved how Dr. Cullen and his nurse Michelle listened to my concerns and made me feel so comfortable.

My dermatologist referred me to Dr. Cullen for the removal of a cyst. He and his staff were very professional and took great care of me through the entire process!

My experience with Dr. Cullen was excellent. I am healing very well. My thanks to Dr. Cullen and his staff. I would recommend him to anyone.

I was told in the office I could submit a reimbursement or file an appealwithmy insurance and they would give me some of the funds back. When I called to ask what w as a told was incorrect Misty was extremely rude and unprofessional. I spoke to Kelly and everyone kept a diving my insurance will reimburse me from abdominal plasty. This is not true. I advised the car was causing discomfort and rashes and nothing in my file reflects that. The insurance advised they are paying nothing. I called again to speak to the office manager and shesaudi was being loud. I have a cochlear. Once I explained that he said its my words not my tone. I enjoy xplained t her I didn't say anything disrespectful what words am I saying. Kathy said was aggressive show was. Aggressive for aslingg questions? I asked to speak to someone else because she started she was hanging up the call. They did not n't explain why was told one thing and it being another. I already took time off for this from work so how fair is this. Now to reschedule a new doctor it's going to take me months. Kathy advised don't mention her personal life. Her stafftold me she was out last week from her daughters wedding. Professionalism doesn't fall far from the tree. All I asked for was andxplaination of which at was told and Kathy refused to speak to me. I used no such language and obviously Iam concerned when I am being told two different things. I wanted clarification as I asked for a scar revision since it causes so many issues. Kathy should not be an office manager when she refuses to talk to the patients and I was respectful. That's sad I got a call from Doctor Cullen once I called and spoke to Lauren on 02/14/2023, as to why I got my refund of $500.00 back. Lauren advised my surgery was canceled. I asked who did this? Lauren advised the manager. I already took the time off work. Scheduled a trip that is not refundable of $4,000 to the Bahamas after the surgery and recovery and they refused to tell me they were canceling my surgery. Doctor Cullen left me a message on 02/14/2022 to call him and this was late in the evening. I had to request time off work for this and so did my family. I already canceled the scheduled time off work since the appointment were canceled for surgery. I never got notice they were canceling just my refunded amount I paid. I called the doctor back on 02/15/2023 and he wanted me to schedule for same day I originally had. Wow, some of us have jobs where we have to request time off before we can do things and I already canceled my time off. The doctor did not care about me at all. What this has done to me and my family because of his manager in his office. Then he says well since we can’t schedule I guess we are not able to help you as this has already gotten this far. Like I did something because I asked a question to the manager and she didn’t want to answer. Sounds like my money is alright now to take but you had no professionalism to call me to ask if I wanted to cancel or if I was canceling but you just canceled without notifying the patient. The doctor had no sympathy what this has caused. It was just let’s reschedule for the same date it was originally for. Wow so they canceled and now they can reschedule when it should’ve never been canceled. I would NEVER RECOMMEND THID OFFICE. ITS ALL ABOUT MONEY AND MOT THE PATIENT. Sad that doctors can do this and get away with this treatment like the patient did something wrong for asking a question. Questions make you aggressive because his office told me to get with my insurance as they will refund me some of the funds. Apparently this was not true at all. Super friendly, caring and very accommodating with no judgment. Dr. Cullen is very up front and honest. Listens to my concerns and needs as if he were my friend. Took his time with me in a very respectful manner. I would recommend him to anyone!

I highly recommend Dr Cullen and his team! My experiences continue to be exceptional in surgery outcomes and post op care. Quality, professionalism, good communication and supportive care continue to best describe this group!

Dr. Cullen has completed two Mohs repair surgeries for my wife. He is an amazingly gifted surgeon, but also is an engaging and big-hearted person with a wonderful "bed side" manner. We called the emergency number after hour and guess who called us back to reassure us? Amazing doctor and person!

Dr Cullen is kind and takes time to explain the procedure. I would recommend him highly

Awesome Dr! Went there for silicon removal on lips. They look fantastic! Very ?? with results!

Dr. Cullen is a gifted plastic surgeon. He has performed, for me, a body lift and a thigh lift. The surgery results have been nothing short of amazing and transformational for me. Such extensive surgery can be a formidable, and down right scary. Dr. Cullen and his staff made the process seamless and I felt we were all one big team. Dr Cullen is absolutely one of the best! I had to have necrotic fat cells removed from my chin and he did a fabulous job. I had complete and total confidence in him from the beginning to end. Would not go to anyone else!
