Dr. Dunbar did rotator cuff surgery for me in late October/2022. I am very impressed how responsive he and staff are to my questions and care. Highly recommend!
Dr. Dunbar performed my left shoulder reverse replacement January 2021. He is excellent at his explanation of the procedure, takes lots of time answering any questions and everything went extremely well. Recovery was faster than I expected and in 6 months I have to remind myself that I had surgery.
Fantastic. Make my recovery with a severely broken arm a seamless process, and felt back to normal in just a few months.

I had a very complicated case, multiple shoulder surgeries, trauma and a bone infection when I came into Dr. Dunbar's office. He is an amazing surgeon, intelligent physician and has a very caring disposition. Highly recommend him!
Completed shoulder replacement surgery with him. Excellent surgeon, communicator, good preparation and follow-through. really knows his stuff and encourages confidence in the procedure and his own abilities.
I broke my leg and was in tremendous pain. Dr. Dunbar was on call the evening I was brought in to Cottage Hospital. He had so many surgeries to do that evening so he couldn't take me. The next morning he operated on my leg, was able to put a rod in my femur and clamped it in three places. He was able to do this orthoscopicly, so I only have three sites that were entered and stapled shut and no heavy cast. After the operation, Dr Dunbar came to see me, explained what he had done and drew a diagram so I could have a visual of the procedure. He was very clear, had great "bedside manner" and I was feeling very fortunate that he was the orthopedic surgeon on call when I needed help. Two weeks after the surgery I had a follow up visit with Dr. Dunbar at his office. Once again, he was very accommodating, clear and helpful. He checked my inscisions, said all was looking very good, instructed his assistant to remove the staples, and instructed me to keep 50% weight off my injured leg until my next appointment one month in the future. All in all, i would highly recommend Dr. Dunbar to anyone considering or requiring orthopedic surgery. I broke my leg and was in tremendous pain. Dr. Dunbar is fabulous! He (and his staff) is kind, considerate, compassionate, generous, and so other positive adjectives. I would travel from the far reaches of the Earth to have him care for any Orthopedic injury I might have. My son had 7 fractures to his left lower leg. Dr. Dunban did a fabulous job at putting Humpty Dumpty back together functional. For that, I am forever grateful.
