Can’t get in. Have tried calling numerous times but no one answers the phone. In the past was very thorough and efficient. Explained things well in layman’s terms.

I came to him after stage 2 melanoma and invasive surgery. He barely looked at me, even after my request for a full inspection and told me I didn't look like I had a lot of moles...again, without inspecting my body at all. Then he said "see you in 5 years". As a cancer survivor, I should be seen at least once per year. I was so discouraged I haven't been back.

Mine is exactly the opposite from your experience, Janis. Quick results, no long waiting room, pleasant and polite staff, easy in easy out. I'm going back.

Love Dr East!! Sweetest person and very fun personality. Plus he helped with my Derm needs.

I have gone to Dr East for years and years and he is attentive, kind and thorough. Never had one issue with him or his sweet staff.

Did not get consent for my procedure prior to freezing lesion on my face which will leave a scar. Knew my diagnoses without looking at me! Did not listen to my concerns. I will never go back. Sad situation for Amarillo if he is one of the best.

Dr. East will actually listen to you, even though I was self-pay. Very knowledgeable doctor, I would recommend to all.
