Dr. Gusten is a wonderful physician. He is personable, professional and takes the time to explain conditions and procedures.

Dr.Gusten has been my doctor for 10 years. His bedside manner is wonderful and he LISTENS!!! My husband and 2 of my grown daughters also see him. Dr.Gusten is wonderful!

I gave him a 1 because I couldn’t give him a zero! My mother at 57 years old had a colonoscopy he knocked her spleen and she passed away the next day! I would not recommend him! Ever!!!!

Very kind and personable. Truly cares for you a a person.

OMG, finally a doctor who actually listens and takes time with you and doesn't consider you a difficult patient if you have questions. My visit with him was so refreshing. When I apologized for being difficult because I am used to doctors labelling me such, he said I was in tune with and aware of my body and that I researched and had knowledge about my problems and that was good. He also carefully explained everything to me instead of acting annoyed and impatient. Keeper!

Dr Gusten is extremely cautions and careful. He clearly cares a great deal about his patients and their health outcomes. When asked, he will go in to whatever detail necessary to explain conditions and options.

Dr. Gusten is attentive, and provides great insight into problems. He is not insulted when you present him with possibilities, but takes them into consideration. Post care treatment is top notch.

This office will treat you like a deadbeat over a $50 billing dispute. Just skip this place and go to Albany GI instead.
