Always professional, to the point, honest and explains everything so well. ARNP’s are also amazing and very knowledgeable.

Very rude staff. If I had my way, I would come in and fire the entire obnoxious crew. Burger King or Kentucky might be where they belong. I could not believe the woman hung up on me after telling me to stop calling. Pathetic!

I have been with Dr. Hayes for over 10 years. HE is the one medic I listen to.

I would not recommend this group of physicians. They do not care about the patient. They only care about money. Actually, I've never even met my PCP, as they will never schedule me with an actual MD.

AWFUL!!!! I called this office, after being referred to by my insurance. I am new to area and am unfamiliar with practices. After sitting on hold for about 20 minutes, I got a very UNFRIENDLY receptionist!! She informed my that Dr. Hayes was not accepting new patients. Which I understand...so I asked if other doctors in the practice were accepting new patients and if ALL took my insurance. She never even got as far as to asking me what my insurance was. JUST RUDE!! I let her know that I would be letting my insurance know this practice is not accepting new patients that they should be taken off the list??? if new to the area....DONT BOTHER WITH THIS PRATICE!! Dr Hayes is genuinely interested in your health, listens to your concerns & responds to them. He is supported by a friendly office staff which always manages to schedule you quickly.

This is by far the BEST DOCTORS OFFICE IVE EVER BEEN TOO! Dr Hayes is so amazing and easy to talk to about health questions and concerns. His staff is always friendly and helpful! Exspecially Bethany! I had a confusing paper work issue and she was able to help straighten it out for me. I will be going to this office forever! And would recommend highly!! Been going to Dr Hayes since 1996 when he opened on 17 st & Del Prado. Have never found a better doctor. Now 76 years of age.

I have been going to Dr. Hayes for 10 years. I am from a family filled with doctors. I was absolutely lucky that I was referred to Dr. Hayes. Since I have been going to him, his practice has grown exponentially. My experiences with him and all of his people have been absolutely perfect.

I have been seeing Dr. Hayes who I can not say enough about. He saved my life many years ago. He stopped taking my insurance. I changed companies and now I can see him again. Been back for about 3 years. I find staff and PA's very helpful so glad to be back.

Dr Hayes is knowledgeable, thorough, listens and gives adequate time to communicate your problem. He makes eye contact and is always very kind and caring. He doesn't put you down for having views on alternate holistic healing practices if you have them and works with you. He also gets back to you quickly if you email him when waiting for Test results to come back.

Wow. I've been going to Dr. Hayes for years. My last visit wow.What a nasty attitude. Hope he was justad day.

Just the best doctor ever.

Went to him 4 yrs. ago when lived in the Cape. Great dr. For sure. Moved away and now live in ft. myers and our ins. does not let us go to him.

Dr Hayes listens to what you say and gives you his full attention. Very down to earth and easy to talk to. Very happy to find this doctor.

I would highly recommend against this doctor's office. About nine months ago I was set to have a surgery and days before I found out that they never sent in my referral. This cause my surgery to be pushed back an entire month do to availability. My wife had the exact same scenario happened and cause a bill to go into collections because they never put the referral in and stated that cannot backdate it. I am set to go in for another surgery and once again the exact same thing happened they gave me the run-around and made me call the insurance company and call the doctor's office that is performing the surgery only to find out it was their mistake and rather than fix it and put the referral in they told me I had to come out of pocket because they could not backdate a referral. after calling my insurance company they said that they can just back date the referral and everything will be fine. I'm trying to fix the issue I got passed around to several different people who all claim they would call me back and never did. I will be switching my primary care physician after this I would highly recommend against this doctor's office. Been seeing Dr. Hayes for the last 8 years. Always been satisfied with him and his staff. Last year I didn't write a review after my husband encountered a bad service from both staffs and his PA because I thought maybe they just had a bad day besides that was the first time(they have always been nice and professional during the previous visits) so I figured writing a negative review is not necessary. Last week I went to see one of the PA's for a repeat Pap, unfortunately I got sick the night before with pharyngitis. I was given antibiotic and tessalon perles but none of those medication worked. In fact, I started vomiting and when the cough strikes it lasts as long as one hour. Between coughing and vomiting I figured it would be easier for me to get a hold of his PA since she saw me just recently. Therefore I called the office and spoke with someone at the front desk(didnt remember her name though) and ask if I can speak with the PA I recently saw or her nurse. Was transferred and put on hold until disconnected. The same process happened three more times until the same person from the front desk(still didnt get her name) told me that she had my name and my phone number and that the nurse will call me back. Needless to say no one called back therefore before the end of the day I have decided to just walk in the office only to find out that there was no message from me at all and that is why no one called me back. Disappointed and upset and sick to make a scene(not typically me anyway) left the office disappointed. Like I said I have been seeing Dr. Hayes for the last 8 years but since the changes and his office become part of Millennium Group the new staffs aren't as knowledgeable, professional and friendly as the originals. My highest respect and great appreciation for this man. He see's people for who they are and understands each individual to the best of his ability. He gives life to those that live, and promise to those who feel hopeless. To see him you know he is differant.

Dr Hayes and his exceptional staff have been taken care of me for 6 years, He now also takes care of my precious 87 year old mother for 2 years. They are a caring and loving staff. I moved to Southwest Florida (one year ago). I made the mistake of choosing the wrong Primary Care Physician. So, when looking for a replacement for 'the bum', I was careful. Luckily, through the grapevine (people who have been here for years), I found Dr. Hayes. Not only is he great (for me) but, my wife (a former Nurse) likes, and trusts, Dr. Hayes. If you need a good Primary Care Physician, Dr. Hayes is the 'Best' in this area. He takes Medicaide/Medicare and, most insurances. 5 stars ! OMG

Dr Hayes is without a doubt the most conscientious,understanding,knowledgeable and caring Dr I have yet to meet. And I can honestly say I have seen MANY,MANY Drs and specialists, I would recommend him VERY highly, and cannot even try to express how extremely lucky I feel to have him for my new, and final primary!
