Dr. Hays is very personable and talks to me in a way that I can understand. He always seems genuinely concerned about my overall health, and offers kind suggestions on what I should or should not do concerning it. He is never pushy or overbearing, but speaks with compassion, sincerity and knowledge. He's a wonderful doctor!
