Rudest secretary/receptionist i have ever delt with, no need for me to continue further Nor return

I was skeptical when I found out this practice (several Dr.s including Dr. Hays) does not use "scheduled" appointments. I never had to wait more than 25 mins, so it worked fairly well. Dr. Hays was good and listened well and his nurse was good too.
