Dr Johnson was very informative he explained everything that was going on with my knee and everything he planned to do with my knee…ooh the supporting staff was wonderful

My visit was warmth, pleasant . The waiting area is clean, the staff is very friendly. You don’t wait a long time. Dr. Johnson is very compassionate, he listens, explains things very well. He is very knowledgeable. He goes beyond and above.. He really cares about his patients. Dr. Johnson will not ignore you, he isn’t rude, And He Will Not Rush You Out Of The Examining Room.

Great overall experience. The staff was friendly and polite. The doctor was very thorough in explaining my injury. Excellent!

Dr. Johnson and his staff are extremely professional. He’s a bone doctor and a very skilled surgeon. If you got bones that need fixing he’s the man. I mangled my knee in a bad fall. He put the pieces back together and all is well. Highly recommend him and his crew.

Dr Johnson is easy to talk to. He explains everything so you understand what is going on. I highly recommend Dr Johnson.

Always a pleasure to meet with Dr Johnson. Very personable, professional and knowledgeable. Plus, he tells you exactly how it is and what to do about it.

My experience with the staff was awesome they took the time to make sure that everything was absolutely ???? I feel so much better ???? than before,I was in a lot of pain and now I can walk a little better thanks to Dr William Johnson. .

Good doctor. Very knowledgeable and easy to talk to.

Dr. Johnson did my knee arthroscopy a few years back. When my carpal tunnel syndrome acted up in my right hand I returned to Dr. Johnson to have this issue addressed. Now I'll be having the carpal tunnel release on my left hand. Doc explains everything in detail, answers all questions to your satisfaction and doesn't try to hurry the appointment. Very happy with the care I have received from Dr. Johnson.

The visit was on schedule and Dr. Johnson is always a pleasure to talk. He explains the injury diagnosis and post-surgery visit in terms of complete understandings before you leave his office. I would highly recommend him to family and friends.

Have had several surgeries done by Dr. Johnson. He explains everything clearly. Surgeries have all turned out well. His office staff is polite and professional. Easy to make appointments.

I was able to make an appointment right away. The staff was friendly and professional upon arrival. The Doctor saw me quickly, my issue was addressed, x-rays taken, and treatment was quick and painless. I highly recommend Dr.Johnson, and will continue to seek his services in the future.

I've known Dr Johnson for many years as a Ochsner nurse and I have watched how he genuinely cares for his patients. This is my first time being a patient. I got a appointment right away..His staff was very professional and nice.I'm over 66 and probably should stay off ladders.

Dr. William S. Johnson is a Great Orthopedic Surgeon as well as being a Great Person/Human Being. He has operated on me four (4) times over the past 24 years including One Right Knee Scope, Two Knee Replacements on both the Right Knee and the Left Knee (In Both knees I have the Largest Knee Replacement - Dupre Rotating Platform that they make) and Carpal Tunnel Surgery on my Left Wrist. He takes time with his patients to understand their needs and he will recommend less invasive alternatives to surgery initially , unless it is obvious that surgery is the Best Choice. Dr. Johnson is amazing I got in a car accident in 2015 and haven’t had relief since. I thought nothing would work since I am currently over the suggested weight to get a proper knee replacement surgery. That however didn’t stop dr. Johnson from finding alternative options to assist me and on April 30, 2021 my second visit with Dr. Johnson and he took such great care of me by making sure that I got the proper care that I needed and found an alternative fit for my needs I felt like my self again and walked like I never walked in years. Dr Johnson is great. Easy to get an appointment with. The wait in the lobby is not long. His staff is friendly and efficient. He listened to my aches and problems and offered a way to alleviate my immediate pain until the insurance okayed tests he was ordering. Last night was the best I have slept in weeks. I have had work done on my shoulder and he will work on my knees and any other parts as long as he"s in practice. Again, thanks Dr Johnson Dr Johnson is great. Easy to get an appointment with. The staff here are very friendly and helpful. There can be a long wait to see the Doctor, but I think that's because he has a large practice, and he is not going to short change his patients of the full time they need with him. That being said, he is more than worth the wait. Not only is he an excellent surgeon (he's done four surgeries on me) but his personality and bedside manner are the best. He has a quick wit and terrific sense of humor; we actually make each other laugh, and as the old saying goes, laughter can truly be the best medicine. Dr. Johnson is extremely, calm, professional, and patient, but the receptionist is too loud! The entire office staff can hear everything she ask and says to patients. I think she needs to be trained in being private with client's information and her tone in anoffice setting!

Dr. Johnson was very accommodating. I needed surgery on my tibia and he made sure I was taken care of in office and throughout recovery. I would highly recommend him to everyone. He is very knowledgeable and did a great job repairing my leg.
