Alabama State License: 15177 NPI (National Provider Identifier) 1700804242 Initially I thought Dr Moore was going to be a good choice as my new GYN. I'd gone in for bladder prolapse. After having the surgery, June 4th, 2019, he'd told me that he'd performed bladder sling, anterior and posterior prolapse surgery. After a couple weeks I was having trouble with the perineum, which he'd cut through in order to get into the 'venue' more easily. I complained about pain several times and he told me that other patients say it takes about 4 to 6 months for things to 'settle down'. So I waited. Still having discomfort & not being able to sit comfortably, even showering, voiding, wiping, and drying off, and have sex without pain & tearing of the perineum after 8 months, I went back. Went to Urology Centers Alabama & repairs have been made & I NEVER had any disease! Over 2 years of constant state of healing!
