Dr. Postal Very efficient and very friendly was very knowledgeable and explained everything so I could understand my prognosis.

Staff was very friendly and welcoming. I brought my 11 year old daughter for an appointment with Dr. Postal who was just fantastic with her!

I like that this doctor doesn’t rush in telling you all the things you should do. Rather, he proceeds slowly having you do one procedure to see if is enough benefit to you, and then if not, you can go on to another one

Dr. Postal was really nice to me, I could tell he believed me, and he ordered a CT scan to get to the bottom of my sinus troubles. Looking forward to my follow up with him soon! As someone who has been dismissed and gaslit by many docs, he is a great doctor I can tell!

Dr postal and his office staff are amazing… dr postal made my 10 years old feel very comfortable he made it very nice for him to get a scope in his nose made it fun…. He it’s awesome … staff are amazing… from prior experiences many times before I have always choose to go there for my self and 2 older kids … I love them

The Staff is Always Pleasant and Helpful. Dr Postal is always my go to for anything ENT. He is a Master of His Trade. And His Witt reminds you of the Wonderful Physician He Is!!

1 star for being punctual. Other than that I found him arrogant and relatively uninterested. Brought my teenage daughter for opinion regarding tonsils. Took a quick look in her ears and throat and the proceeded to launch into a "these are the options" speech. He was in the exam room for literally 12 minutes and charged us over $300. His demeanor is greatly lacking; will not return nor recommend. Went for a second opinion 2 weeks later and this ENT noticed a hole in my daughter's ear drum which Dr. Postal never even mentioned.

Found issue right away nice and knowledgeable

Dr. Postal removed my tonsils as an adult and he was great. If you joke with him it brings out his personality. He is straight forward and not much of a talker but a great doctor.

I just saw Dr Postal I don't know what people are talking about he was friendly, informatitive and very professional. My father and uncle have seen him for years. I would not hesitate to see this doctor. I found the office staff very friendly and caring.

Go anywhere, but here. The receptionists are dreadful, and the doctors and PAs are condescending. An appalling place. Avoid at all costs.

I have been seeing Dr. Postal for a few years now and I am 100% pleased with him!! I have read the reviews others have written and I honestly don't understand why the negative responses! He is as prompt as any other doctor! He knows his stuff and has a great sense of humor! I HAVE recommended him to my daughter for her children! The office staff there, go above and beyond! If I were allowed more room here, I'd go on to explain why!

Dr Postal inserted tubes and removal of adenoids for my 11 month old. Surgery went well. However office visits are very minimal. There is no conversation. Very short answered. He was rude to me when i told him her ear was still infected and said "says Who" with an attitude, when it was. When we first met him I left there still having questions. He didn't introduce himself when he came in. Looked very tired and annoyed to be there. If your looking for someone without personality, he's your Dr.

Worst doctor visit experience I have ever had. We were referred here by our primary for my son's repeating issues. The staff was disorganized, rude, and had an attitude. We waited forever in an overcrowded room to see a doctor who was rough with my son and couldn't have cared less about the issue.

He seemed totally disinterested in my problem. I'm not sure if it's because he couldn't be bothered or if he didn't know how to help me. He was arrogant and sarcastic.

Dr. Postal is one of the most careless doctors I have ever had to deal with. He completely lacks thoroughness in his explanations of appointments, medication, procedures, and overall treatment - If you haven't done research before your appointment and figured out what questions to ask you will leave his office not having a clue about the status of your health or what the next step is. I was also never informed of the change of location for his Salem, NH office which caused me much inconvenience.
