He is very knowledgeable and is very kind.

Most times we had to see his nurse practitioner. Waited greater than 45 minutes most times fir a less than five minute visit. Very expensive five minutes, $125

Long wait times. Usually had to see his nurse practitioner. Saw practitioner for less than five minutes each time. Very expensive for a five minute visit, around $125.

My family has gone here for years and a young lady at the front desk shared they will not file my BC/BS high deductible insurance so we can utilize our HSA.. Wow, my five family members will be finding a new dermatologists if our money is not worth them filing insurance for us.

I was told by Dr. Smith that he "guaranteed he could cure me", and his treatment only made me worse instead of better. I have been dealing with this for 5 years and he hasn't helped me. I can not recommend him to others.

Dr Smith and his staff have been extremely helpful to our family. They are kind, patient, informative and excellent in their care. i would recommend to anyone.

After over an hour and a half in the front waiting room, (not exaggerating) I told them I was leaving. Overbooking is greedy and inconsiderate. If you have nothing else to do and don't mind a long wait, this might not be a bad experience.
