From the minute I walked into the Y LIFT office, I knew I had made the right choice. The office is gorgeous and the staff are incredibly welcoming and knowledgeable. Usually, when you go to a doctor’s office you expect to wait but I was helped into a room right away. Dr. Trokel came in shortly afterward and I had such a great experience with him! He had very nice bedside manner, listened to all my concerns, addressed them all and went over all my options thoroughly. I was so excited that I went ahead with my procedures right then and there! His wealth of knowledge and training really made me feel comfortable and I couldn’t be happier with my results. I couldn’t believe that just one procedure with Dr. Trokel could give me such incredible and immediate results. All my friends and family tell me how amazing I look and my confidence is at an all time! I would absolutely recommend anyone to Dr. Trokel and Y LIFT!

I had a procedure with this man, who I don't think is a professional doctor charged me 14 thousand dollars for a neck lift that after a month all the skin fell off again, I visited him and the only thing he said was that I needed make me a laser that they would call me and they never called me, I have called them and they only tell me that when the laser is available they will call me and 6 months have passed, please do not waste your money with this man!!!!!!

I had a Ylift done last week and am so happy with the results . Dr. Trokel has been doing this for a long time so I had no doubt about his work/technique. He genuinely cares about each patient and makes sure they get an optimal result ! He dissolved my under eye filler done by another Dr , and reinjected the area, it took years off my face. I cannot recommend him enough!!

Dr. Trokel and his team provide an experience unlike any other providers I’ve encountered. I traveled just to see him in Miami because of the quality of his work but I wasn’t expecting to feel so well taken care of. Dr. Trokel was able to fix issues I’d previously seen several practitioners unsuccessfully prior to take care of. Apart from his talent, vast knowledge and eye for aesthetics, the team is highly collaborative with you and gives it to you completely straight which can be hard to come by. When you come to his office you feel like you’re spending time with (refreshingly direct) friends, and leave rejuvenated. I only wish that he came to California more often but I won’t hesitate to travel to see him to be in the best hands! Thank you again guys! See you soon.

I’m obsessed with my ylift results! Wasn’t painful, and offers natural results that last for years! I held off on fillers because I hate that unnatural pillow face look. I’m so glad I found Dr. Trokel! He’s a genius! He is confident, without being arrogant, an expert (he is the pioneer of the ylift), funny, approachable, fun to converse with, and handsome! I had a Y Lift by Dr Trokel in October 2021. My face no longer looks narrow and drawn out and my under eye hollows have greatly improved. My facial contours are so beautiful now and take a look at the jawline!!...it's razor blade sharp. I believe I look 10 years younger (I'm 47 years young). This non surgical approach is fantastic, I especially think it is perfect for individuals who are not quite ready for surgical facelift but want to continue to look as young as they feel and it's also perfect for those who are younger but want more definition in their face, and lastly, for those who are older but wouldn't consider surgical approaches, there are so many non surgical options these days including SurgYlift that lifts the neck with suture suspension coupled with skin tightening. I'm am so happy with my results and considering the SurgYlift next.... I completely trust Dr Trokel with my face. I had no downtime with the Y Lift. I had it done in the morning and was able to attend my daughter's National Honor Society Induction Ceremony in the evening. I was able to work the next day and carry on with my normal activities. Dr Trokel changed my life. That is not an exaggeration. That is how significant this is. Just look at the before and after photos on his website. Im among them. I never thought such results were even humanly possible. I dont view myself or the world the same anymore. This is a game changer. I would give 10 stars if I could. Do yourself a HUGE favor and go. Total game changer! I learned about Dr. Trokel through another injector and was very intrigued by the before-and-after pics on his website. I had tried chin coolsculpting, chin liposuction, and lots of makeup to in an attempt to achieve the jaw and neck contour I wanted, but could never get the final result I was after. I even had another doctor inject 6 syringes of filler into my jawline, but it looked heavy and puffy. If I could go back in time, I would have just gone to Dr. Trokel and saved a lot of pain and money. My final result is everything I have tried to achieve over 20 years. I saw Dr. Trokel to help me with a painful bump on the side of my face from previous injectables at another place. I was in a lot of pain for over a month and saw several doctors to help diagnose the bump, and that’s when I was referred to Dr. Trokel. He was nice enough to come in and meet me on a day when he was not doing any procedures, and he discovered that my pain was coming from a bad bacterial infection in my face. Given Dr. Trokel’s experience, he made me feel really comfortable and I knew I was in good hands. He was able to remove the infection same day, and he put me on strong antibiotics. He had me come in for follow up visits to monitor the infection, and week later I was cured. I’m so happy to feel and look like myself again. I would 100% recommend him to anyone! Best decision I’ve made in a very long time. I found Dr. Trokel through a video I saw of him performing the ylift on Jessica Rhee who owns Red Rabbit Aesthetics in New Jersey. Once I saw her transformation I knew this was exactly what I have been looking for and needed. And I was right! Dr. Trokel is a master of his craft. He took his time and did not rush my consultation at all. He was patient and fair from start to finish. An absolute perfectionist who completely superseded my expectations. I once again have the natural bone structure I had in my youth and then some. The ylift staff, Zulema and Jason, were extremely kind and professional. Dr. Trokel’s skills, dedication, easy demeanor, caring attitude and undivided attention genuinely shows how much he cares and wants what’s best for the patient. Dr. Trokel and his entire staff are friendly, professional and have lots of expertise. The patience, authenticity and compassion that Jason gives to each individual is just incredible. Not only did Dr. Trokel and Jason help me resolve a HUGE issue that involved back and forth between a third party, they were more than helpful in making sure the procedure was done and done PERFECTLY. My husband and I just visited Dr. Yan Trokel in mid town Manhattan. Our experience surpassed our expectations. From Jason, the operations manager, to Manny Dr. Trokel's assistant to Dr. Trokel himself we had a very pleasant experience. Dr. Trokel is highly skilled, knowledgeable and a perfectionist. He truly cares for the wellbeing of each of his patients and he takes the time to explain everything! It was well worth for us to make the trip to visit him!!! We will definitely be back again!

Dr. Trokel is great. He sees each persons beautify and communicates in a way that you see how he can enhance your appearance and you feel refreshed and a little more. Confident. That's my experience. He is also very knowledgeable and has a great sense of humor. I highly recommend him to anyone. Also his staff are as nice as he is and so helpful??

Dr. Trokel and his Y Lift are truly amazing. The Y Lift is a quick, painless office procedure which made me looks 10 years younger. Dr. Trokel is highly trained, knowledgeable, and caring. He always took time to make sure I was comfortable and each appointment was enjoyable. MyY Lift has lasted over two years and in the past I would need injections every 6 months from other providers. I can't say enough good things about Dr. Trokel and his organized and caring office staff.

I thought this doctor was awesome and I have been to a lot of doctors for the type of services he provides. He was outstanding. His staff were terrific, the doctor made an amazing difference in my appearance and overall, I would recommend him to everyone.
