Dr. Yanina Rubinshteyn

I’ve been a patient here for years and intend to stay. Dr.Yanina is so caring and takes her time asking questions. I never felt rushed. The front desk is very polite and helpful. I will be doing physical therapy in the same office. I have referred a few family members here and everyone’s been happy.

Don’t waste your time coming here. The MA was wonderful but I spent more time with her than the Doctor. Dr. Yelena did no kind of physical exam and later I was being billed by my insurance for a diagnosis that had not been made and services I did not receive. I asked her for a prescription for my skin and I had to call the front desk on about 5 separate occasions (who was extremely unorganized) to remind her to send my prescription. She prescribed it incorrectly and I literally had to call back to spell out the prescription, the dosage, and application frequency. She prescribed it wrong AGAIN. I was so frustrated I had to visit another clinician for my prescription as I was just not going to get it from this doctor. Absolutely ridiculous and a waste of time. I loved my visit with Dr. Yanina! She’s so knowledgeable and she actually listens to the patient without any rush. I feel very comfortable with her and will be staying as a patient for a long time. The office is clean and the front desk ladies are so pleasant. They always go out of their way to help me out with finding paperwork and appointment schedules. It’s a great office overall. I will be recommending it to my family and friends in the neighborhood.

I needed to get a health clearance form filled out for rotations. They forgot to order certain blood tests, tried to blame me for it and shooed me out. When conducting a physical exam Dr. Rubinshteyn only palpated my abdomen for half a second and listened to my lungs for half a second. That was it. It was a utter joke. If you need a prescription this may be the place to go, but if you need any real work done stay clear. Hands down, the worst experience I have ever had at a Dr.s office.
