Knowledge and extremely caring family doctor. Grateful patient.

If I could rate this place 0 , I would. I’m very disappointed. The stuff told me the doctor was not going to see me because I didn’t have the date of my first COVID shot written down on the paper. This is absolutely ridiculous. I showed them my vaccination card and the application with QR code which they could scan. My vaccination card says “2 out of 2 shots”, fully vaccinated and the the date of the last shot. Even If you need the date of the first shot, you could do a simple math or ask me about that. When I asked the nurse what should I do about that, she said I need to get an appointment with a different doctor.

Terrible service, phone never works , no answering machine, staff is rude!

This place is phenomenal. If you are in need of medical care, try here. They truly care. You won't be disappointed.

Dr. Yevgeniya has been my family doctor and PCP ever since I was 12 years old (roughly 15 years). My parents and myself see her at least 1-3 times a year. She has always been consistent in her work, admirable care, and trustworthy. I will continue going to her for as long as I can. Front desk could use some professionalism but I will not deduct a star because the doctors work is what makes the practice worth visiting! I waited for my doctor for almost three hours!!!

The worst experience that I ever had in US. To be clear - I didn’t get a chance to see this doctor because of the receptionist in her office (17100 Collins Ave). Extremely rude and unprofessional ladies. Very unattended, unwelcoming staff. The first question was - “what is your insurance”? - Florida blue. Their answer was: “we don’t accept this insurance”. I asked - are y sure? because I found you on the Florida blue web cite. They rolled their eyes and said: “okay, let me check if you already here”. When she was checking my ID and insurance they were talking between each other about one patient, that was a “piece of s...”, called this patient really bad names. I felt really bad for this guy and disgusting because of the behavior of these receptionists. I know Dr.Golbraykh for many years she helps me to cope with stress of illness by comforting words of support which gave me more reassurance than antibiotics I was taking during my illness. She is like a great musician who is not only performing technically good but with her heart and sincerity

If I could give zero stars for this office I would. I have never encountered such unprofessionalism in my life. First off, the front desk, minus 1 or 2 individuals, are some of the rudest people working in medicine. It is nearly impossible to get through to their office via telephone, a fact that they know and joke about. Their mailbox is full so you cannot even leave a message on the machine. My grandmother was scheduled to have knee replacement surgery. The office was well aware of the date for a very long time. The day before the surgery they all of a sudden call and say that they will not give clearance because she needs another test done. No one has said anything about this during the several times my grandmother visited the office. The day of the surgery, we go in to the doctor to see what she needs done, only to find out that NOTHING NEEDS TO BE DONE !!! They prevented my 82 year old grandmother from having surgery for nothing. All because the staff has no communication skills what so ever and did not even bother to check my grandmother's medical record and talk to the doctor. I have never seen such incompetence! This is a shame because the doctor herself is not a bad doctor and is in fact a good diagnostician. However, her unreliable, rude and incompetent staff make this office not even worth going to. We had such a bed experience in this office. I was on a blood pressure medication for a wile, then this medication was on recall. I called to the office and ask front desk girls about appointment with a doctor, no result. I called many times and finally I stoped at the office. They offer me appointment for the end of the March. Being hypertonic for many years, now I have to be without medication for a month and a half. Ridiculous! Ended up, I’m going to another doctor.

I will never recommend anyone to this poor excuse of a doctors office. Worst experience!!!! Most horrific treatment by the awful front desk attendant named Xenia. This office is what gives doctors a bad name. They require cash only payment up front and then have you wait for an endless amount of time without any explanation or apologies for the inconvenience. This is an unprofessional set up. They treat their patients with absolutely no respect and I truly wonder how they stay in business.

While wait times are a bit long, they are worth it as Dr. Golbraykh spends as long as she needs to listen to your medical ailments, diagnose properly and give instructions and advice for treatment. No where have I ever gotten such personalized and careful professional treatment as in this office. Unlike other doctors, Dr. Golbraykh seeks alternative therapies to prescription drug therapy and seeks to pinpoint the cause, rather than just treating with a drug to suppress symptoms.
