somebody in the front is making appointments and not putting them in the system this the second time it’s happen to me!!! Coming all the way to the Dr office and they send me home cause the appointment not in the system love the Dr poor receptionist though !

I am here to leave ANOTHER review! As I said before the professionalism here sucks along with their wait times!! I have tried calling twice to get an appointment and the receptionist always says “They are not here, can I have them call you back” this has been twice and I never got a call back. I had my mother to try and call them still no call back from the receptionist or nurses. I am honestly tired of this doctors office and still would not recommend them to anybody as a first, second or third choice! You can never get in touch with somebody especially after they come back from lunch. This is sad and a disgrace to healthcare professionals in the community. This office continues to show they can care less about their patients! Don’t bring your family here. I am here to leave ANOTHER review! I have been a patient here for quite a while now. They really need to work on the professionalism! I have to call multiple times to get a receptionist to answer the phone and then when they do answer the phone you’re on hold for 10 minutes or more to answer a simple question. If I could give 0 stars, I would. I try to go with doctors for representation for my child and had I known I was going to wait over 40 minutes and still not get called back, I would have stayed at my previous pediatrician. Then caught an attitude because I asked for my paperwork back, I will shred and do not process anything on my insurance. Don’t ask someone to be 15 minutes early because they are a new patient to ensure their appointment starts on time just for me to wait 40 minutes after my appointment time and keep saying you are next, it’s different doctors. Literally when I came in, everyone that was there had been called back and there were new people and some of them had been called back. Never again. my son and I have been going here for awhile so my husband started to go a year ago. when I tell you all over the place, that is this office. I tried to find a doctor who I thought would work to find the problem but she acts too busy and pushes him off to practitioner who don't know anything. I like the staff here. They are pretty good and friendly. The wait is not too long, they are attentive to my child's needs and operate with urgency when needed. My only recommendation is that they consider separating the adult and pediatric practice. I don't believe adults and young children should be co-mingling in the same waiting room. I’m a new mom. This is the 1st pediatrics office to answer the phone! I’ve been looking for a pediatrician all week and finally found someone to talk to. Ms Michelle answered the phone and was very pleasant to speak with, she answered all of my questions and did not rush me. This is the experience I look for when dealing with the front desk! Staff very nice people. Front desk was so sweet. The nurse is especially a sweetie pie. I think the staff here really cares. First visit and it felt like home. Comfortable atmosphere. I’ll will be staying.

Great Atmosphere, Great Staff, Nurses, and excellent doctors!!

Dr . Dionne was so great with my son who had an ear infection. Very nurturing and attentive. I appreciate that so much!

Always have a good experience.Been with Dr.Smith for 18Years.Love her.My mom has Dr Blake as her Doctor.She will not attend any other facility.Try the tranquility center.its wonderful.

I hate the wait here some days but the ladies in the front office are pretty nice. I really enjoy our visits with Dr. Yvonne Smith she is very good good with my daughter!

The office has its co-payers waiting entirely too looong!! I'm sitting here writing the review and still haven't been seen. It is now 10:40pm, I had a 9:15pm appt. WOW. I clearly undertake some patients may take longer than expected but this is a quite ridiculous. And this isn't the first occasion. I came back after leaving for this same reason, and I'll be damn the same boofoonery, WAITING, as if the patients time is irrelevant. SMH! IT'S NOW 1045? NO DOC.
