Dr. Coller is very attentive to my sleep needs and is very knowledgeable when it comes to sleep disorders. He has been trying diligently to help me get a replacement machine through a recall that is over a year old. He is very straight forward and I like that. I would definitely recommend him if you are need of a sleep doctor. He will be honest with you and doesn't sugar coat things. I highly recommend Dr. Coller.

I do not feel like he listened to me nor did he understand my concerns. His interpretation of my issues were completely wrong to the point he put words in my mouth. He was willing to let me quit instead of finding a solution. Then his suggested solution was very unhelpful and he dismissed my feelings. He spent most of the time typing while I was talking. The worst 9 minutes that I cannot get back and I had to pay for that!

Doctor was very efficient. Laid out all the information clearly and the next steps to be done. Answered all my questions too. Highly recommend him, always appreciate doctors who are incredibly professional.

Dr. Coller was the first doctor that I've gone to who approached my asthma in a proactive way. Instead of just listening to my concerns & prescribing additional medicine, he wanted to find my baseline and work from there. I really appreciated that.

Dr Coller took the time to listen to my concerns. He also took the time to educate me about my diagnosis and what it all means. He is being extremely thorough with testing and scans. It's so nice to have a doctor that makes me feel as if my condition can finally be properly diagnosed and treated. I highly recommend Dr Coller.

Dr. Collar has been wonderful and is very knowledgeable about sleep healthcare. He shows concern for my health and follows up to make sure my needs are met for supplies. The best thing about Dr. Collar is that he ask me questions and listens to my concerns. I am thankful that I have found such a wonderful doctor.

My son had a sleep study over a month ago. He needs a CPAP. The company they sent the order to is worthless, and will not return calls. My son contacted his insurance company and they had nothing on that company. The insurance company went out of their way to contact another med supply company who could provide the CPAP and they even called Dr Coller's office and left a message. Still NOTHING. 7 Weeks and counting. This office does NOT return calls most of the time, let alone answer the phone, and apparently they didn't care about my son once they received the $1600.00 he had to pay out of pocket for the sleep study.

I frequently feel as though I am interrupting something else the doctor is dealing with. He seems to ask pertinent question, but doesn't really seem interested in the answers. Adding anything comments to the visit is discouraged by a sharp comment that its not part of his exam. How could he possibly know that if he hasn't listened to the comment. Knowledgable but does seem irritated a lot.

Dr. Coller may be a skilled provider (frankly, I'm not sure), but he is sorely lacking in a display of authenticity and concern for his patients. Beyond his office staff completely neglecting to follow up on anything and everything related to patient care, Dr. Coller himself speaks in a manner that is reflective of reading off of an obligatory, lackluster script. He almost always cuts you off while you're providing an answer to one of his standard questions, and offers little to no additional insight, independent of direct questions. Be ecstatic if your uninspired visits lasts more than 120 seconds. That being said, I have yet to encounter any other pulmonary or sleep provider that differs in their approach from that of Dr. Coller. What a poor reflection on this very important specialty.

No wait in waiting room, called back right away. Dr Coller was in the exam room in less than 5 minutes. Answered all my questions. Very good experience.

Dr. Coller and his staff are so efficient. I have never had to wait for more than a few minutes to get seen. By far the least wait time I’ve experienced at any physicians office and I see a lot of them. Dr. Coller is caring, thorough and spends time answering all your questions. I highly recommend him.

Was at the clinic for an annual check up aNd mentioned to the nurse practitioner some sleep issues. She was able to get me to see Dr Coller ‘on the spot’. I was glad as it did not need another appointment or to return to the clinic. It was only a brief wait in the consulting room. This allowed me to complete the self assessment on sleep issues. He was a little abrupt and efficient, and maybe after looking at the assessment results thought he might have jumped to the solution too quick. Would have liked him to ask more questions, build repoire and get to know me a little more. I was ok with that as “it’s how I roll”, but for someone who prefers a soft intro, it would be off putting. He seems very knowledgeable, dismantled all of my objections to a CPAP, set up a home test and developed a treatment plan that was agreeable. He is a sleep dr, not a therapist, but needs to develop his bedside manner a little better. If you want a friend - not him. If you want treatment, he’s your guy!

He was friendlier this visit than last year. He took a little more time than the last visit and not as arrogant. He is doing a lot better and seemed more helpful this time

With Dr. Coller’s help, my sleep apnea is being managed!

I find the doctor knowledgeable about my condition, my treatment and how to ensure my insurance requirements are met. I sometimes get the impression the doctor doesn't enjoy his work, has some troubling issues on his mind or maybe wishes i had another doctor. Ill keep going hoping the communication experience improves.

Dr. Coller and his staff are so polite, punctual and rocking the world of sleep medicine!! Becca is always on top of any issues that arise. Dr. Coller is very knowledgeable and answers any questions you may have. He talks to you on a personal level and not above your head.

I just started seeing Dr Coller and he was so nice and informative. He helped to ease my nerves . I have heaed great things and was not disspointed

I was very pleased with my appointment. The front desk attendants were very polite and cheerful for a morning appointment. I have been seeing Dr. Coller for over 3 years. He has not only been friendly , but also efficient. He was even nice enough to adjust my machine so I could get more comfortable sleep. I was treated like I was inferior to this doctor. I have lupus and it affects my brain and I can loose my thoughts or go off in another direction at times. He actually got angry at me and I felt like he scolded me. He didn’t ask anything about me or my symptoms. He discussed the Covid shots and I told him It’s my choice. He didn’t seem happy. He didn’t examine me at all. Just listen to my chest and heart and looked down my throat. Then he determined I had sleep apnea and made it my diagnosis without any testing first. I was not happy when I saw this in his notes! He typed the whole time basically and had no desire to have a face to face talk with a PATIENT! I’m amazed at the people that have given him five stars. I guess the five minutes he spent with them was good enough. Who knows. I will never go back to see Dr Coller and if I could give h zero stars I would! Go to school Zachary and learn bedside manners. I am very pleased with the way he listened and validated my sleep concerns. Answered my questions and didn't make me feel ridiculous. Top notch. I highly recommend for anyone that is looking for help with their sleep!

I’m done ! Had 2 visits and he is rude, condescending and was annoyed with me because I couldn’t hear him. Plus he misdiagnosed me. I went to a different pulmonary group I don’t have COPD. All he was interested in was me having a sleep study and getting a Cpak. Stay away from this Dr!

Phone appointment went well Called next day and ordered right meds for my acute Bronchitis/flu/covid. He suggested PCR test to confirm negative findings on home test. I agreed! He is to the point, knowledgeable, Answers questions so I understand. Demonstrates correct use of inhalers etc! He may seem distant and cool at first meeting, but if you trust him And are friendly to him he warms up. I believe he is basically shy as a person. I do believe he is extremely intelligent and knows his field. As a doctors wife I know they have time constraints with patients these days as the institutions demand! Therefore if a patient prolongs visit he must move along. I also want to point out he does give me eye contact rather than typing on the computer the whole time as often some doctors do these days! I like Dr Coller!

Dr. Coller is a wonderful caring physician. I have been his patient for 3 years and would refer any of my family or friends to him. He takes time to explain everything and breaks down test results simply and clearly. He works with you to become a healthier person.

Dr Collier help my husband where other sleep doctors were not able to. he answered all his questions we did not feel rushed. also Dr Collier also let us know how to communicate best with him for any thing we need. He also gave us choices we had with equipment and made sure our insurance was compatible with the equipment company. Such a great helpful person. he also let us know expected time when to be contacted and about time frame for things my husband needed

I don’t want him to succeed. He talks down to you. Zero bedside manners. Appears to hate talking to me. I’m glad that most doctors like their job and feel concerned for the patient. I won’t be back. I love coming here. The staff is so friendly and the doctor doesn’t make me feel like a freak for being transgender. I really like Dr Coller.

My experience with Dr.Coller has changed my moms life in a good way. She had not had a good nights sleep in months. So exhausted and pushing herself made matters worse. After the sleep study and Dr. Collers input CPAP was prescribed. Mom slept like a baby through the whole night. Dr. Coller was accessible and kind. He listened and promptly replied with useful information and tips. Dr. Coller has brought quality to my moms life. Thank you Dr. Coller.

I was referred to Dr. COLLER from my regular doctor. I understand doctors are to receive an overview of your issue. The whole time I was talking he was pounding the keyboard making notes. I came to him as my sleep has been interrupted and I feel he got frustrated with me because I could not pin point a time for him when I get up in the mornings. I dont wake up the same time, I just wake up on my own, no alarm clock. He told me to choose one, in a way that was frustrating when he said it. I feel like he has no compassion for his patients more like being a psychologists because for one he asked me I have had my Covid shot. Really none of his business as I already answered the pre screening check in routine, then he says have you ever considered a therapists. I came to him for sleep deprivation. I will follow his suggestions but I will not be back to him as a patient. Appt was at 2pm..called back at 2:23pm. And I was out of there by 2:45pm. Very friendly and helpful

He has a genuine care for his patients.

Unpleasant experience. Rushed appt and I felt like an inconvenience. No bedside manners. Seemed more irritated of my questions than providing clarity. Open and close appt. Felt like a number rather than a concerned patient. No empathy. Wouldn't recommend nor return. Felt like the appt was pointless. Not an active listener.

Always caring and informative.

Seen him twice. Not thorough. Very dismissive. Doesn’t seem like he’s even listening to you. Borderline rude.
