Been going to Dr. Ji since. December 2022. Best dentist I've found. Great VIP care.

new patient for a crown which had been reglued in by another. I thought the tooth may have a problem since I couldn't get lodged food out. Zhibin assist went right to xrays, didn't tell me condition of the gums, dentist came in stated he would give me 2 crowns. What is wrong with the second one, nothing! Nothing is wrong with the one I am questioning other than it had to be reglued in wrong as dentist couldn't get it in. Now Zhibin assist has me wait for an estimate, which she won't show me the amount. Strange!! Go to desk to pay, assist is asking me if I am going to have 2 new crowns? Still trying to establish why and why she isn't showing me the price. Then she starts talking and I have to state I can't hear her, she continues to talk. Paid and left. Think I would go back???? WHY????

I've been fighting pain in my upper right molar from an infection for YEARS and no dentist has been willing to touch it. Dr Ji made took care of the pain and promptly scheduled an appointment to have the tooth extracted in less than thirty minutes. After cycling through countless incompetent dentists who'd make me wait hours to do absolutely nothing, the service here honestly seemed too good to be true. Easily the best dentist in town.

Really great people and really great experience. Fast, kind, and clean. I get really bad dentist anxiety and they made the experience very easy and calmed my nerves. Even worked with me on making sure I didn’t break the bank since I don’t have dental insurance. Great place.

So glad I found Dr Ji! After a few bad fillings from some reputable Redding dentists, a friend of mine recommended his office. They are always quick to get me in and much cheaper that most other dentists. And the hygienists are so great and gentle. Easy 5 star review!

I had a very traumatic experience with a dentist when I was about 9 years old and it ruined going to the dentist for me. Through out my adult life I put off going to the dentist due to my fear. I have to say I don't fear going to Dr. Ji's office. He extracted my wisdom tooth so easily. I feel like the numbing process took longer than pulling the tooth. The staff are also really nice. Dr.ji is one of the best dentist. I had a root canal done and he Made me feel so comfortable and is a very gentle dentist I will alway go back to this dentist. He made sure and asked me if I felt any pain as he was doing my tooth to make sure I was not uncomfortable or hurting Very very very sweet people that work there. I had a bad wisdom tooth that was causing me excruciating pain. I called Dr. Ji's office at 1pm and they got me in at 3pm. Dr. Ji and his staff were wonderful, they had me in and out within 30 minutes and they were extremely friendly. I will be having my dental work done at Dr. Ji's!!

Dr. Ji DDs is a professional with much experience in his background . Dr Ji offers very affordable dentistry for thoses of you that put it off because of cost, just drop by and talk to lori the office maneger.
