Love Dr. Kroemer and his staff. Everyone is incredibly nice and the doctor is incredibly knowledgeable.

Dr. Kroemer is very knowledgeable and he takes the time to listen to your concerns and explain the diagnosis. He’s one of the holistic dentists who understands the connection between your teeth and the whole body functioning and he knows about airway issues. I came from Detroit for a consultation and Dr. Kroemer helped me solve the puzzle of what’s wrong with me and what’s the reason of my chronic neck pain and body imbalance. I wish he could be my home dentist (if only I lived closer). My impression of him is he’s a professional and one of a kind.

Good dentist, hasn't tried to upsell me on unnecessary services. The hygienists are friendly and seem to do a good job.

Dr. Kroemer and his staff are the best!! I’m very uncomfortable going to the dentist. Just had 2 crowns done today, felt very comfortable, no pain and it was actually fun talking to Dr. Kroemer, great laughs to keep my mind off of what he was doing ???? This is a wonderful office that utilizes cutting-edge dental science. Barb, in the office, was extremely friendly and was able to assist with complicated insurance questions. Kathy gave me the best and most thorough dental cleaning I have ever experienced. Dr. Kroemer really listens to you, the patient, and respects your decisions regarding your dental choices (i.e.- whether to get a root canal or extraction). This is an amazing dental office in the tiny village of Saranac! I am so happy that I found my FOREVER dentist. Dr. Kroemer has created an amazing team of professionals that really care! Dr. Kroemer and his staff definitely deserve a 10 star review. I don't even know how many years I've been going to this office, but even though I have moved away from the Saranac area I still make the drive to have all my dental needs taken care of there, and I will continue to do so. They are just all around awesome! Friendly, fun, caring...and the list goes on. The ABSOLUTE BEST Dentist that I have ever been ! Caring and treats you like family .

What a great experience! It had been a while since I had been to the dentist so there was a high level of anxiety as I walked through the door. That anxiety melted away as I got to know the staff and felt like I was among friends. When it came down to business, Dr. Kroemer was professional, down to earth, friendly and gentle. What I liked the most was how Dr. Kroemer would let me know what he was about to do at every step so I would know what to expect. I had a wonderful experience and I know you will too.
