Dr Mull has been nothing short of amazing! He’s so knowledgeable and so compassionate and I felt so safe with my surgery!

I'm quite taken back at the positive reviews for this gentleman. Reviewing other sites, I found several people who had the same experience as I had, including a physician's husband. My visit with this dude lasted about 300 seconds, (5 mins), with him advising me to do nothing, or seek another opinion. Everything he said was scripted as if it were a workman's comp claim, which he knew it wasn't. The best quote I got out of him was "We don't like to do surgery, when there's a 20% chance of failure." Like the reviews I've seen on other sites, I was definitely an inconvenience for him. I'm quite surprised I was referred to him, and even more surprised a fine institution like Deaconess, would have him as a representative. They say first impressions leave lasting impressions, and that's definitely the case with ole Aaron. After reviewing his resume, I think it's quite safe to say, Dorsett's and Marino's legacies at the University of Pittsburgh, are quite safe. A very welcoming facility and Dr Mull was very friendly and helpful with my needs as a patient. I would definitely recommend!

Dr. Mull was a very compassionate 1st impression. Listened to me and then shared his thoughts. Prescribed a couple of braces if not better in month come back. I will continue to see him as needed.

Dr. Mull was very informative on my condition and explained in layman terms that could be understood. I hope I don't have to go back but if I do it will a good visit.

Pleasant knowledgeable physician

I didn’t have to wait long to get in and everyone was very nice and helpful. The Doctor talked to me in a way that I understood everything about my problems. I really like Dr. Mull.

My infant son was referred by his pediatrician for a cyst in his hand. It felt like me and my infant son were a nuisance and the appointment lasted about 2 minutes with minimal information given. Will not be seeing him again in the future.

He could definitely work on his bedside manner. He wasn't necessarily unfriendly, but I just felt like a number and not a patient. It seemed like he was more worried about getting to the next patient. I get it, my wife is a physician, and the job is demanding and stressful at times, but at least act like you care about the person who is trusting you to make decisions about their help.

Wasn’t informative at all. Very short with answers. Seemed like he just wanted me out of there. I thought I had a legit injury. He didn’t.
