First visit 2/1/23, very impressed with the staff and quality of service. Dr. Sebastian is personable and took the time to not only discuss the findings of the exam but to take questions and recommend my next course of action since the exams showed that my condition is not a result of a vascular issue. The experience was very positive, helpful and reassuring. I highly recommend CVR to anyone who suspects that their Neuropathy is circulatory related. Dennis Williams

Great info, great nurses and Doctor was great, the Doctor and Nurses just need to be able to be heard, they both talk in whispers. I could not hear much of what they were saying. this is from Tom

I was so pleased with my results from having vein surgery. My legs are 100% better, no more achey, tired, or restless legs at night. Dr . Sebastian and his staff are friendly, courteous, and explain everything in detail both before and during any procedures. They make you feel very comfortable. I only wish I had had my procedures earlier instead of waiting. I feel very comfortable in giving them an excellent review.

Had a wonderful experience. Everyone was so nice and explained everything I needed to know. Couldn’t ask for a better experience Add on. Had to contact phone customer service and took three days to get my problem resolved. The last person I spoke with was just rude. This was a shame since the in office staff were so nice. Dr Sebastion and all of his staff were really great. I had a very thorough exam and was very satisfied!

Dr. Sebastian and his staff are tremendous. They took their time listening to my concerns with my leg pain and answered all of my questions. I would highly recommend anyone having any aches, pains, swelling, or varicose veins to go see them. They will take good care of you too.

Can't recommend this place enough! Had multiple appointments and procedures here, the staff was ALWAYS nice and helpful. I made an appointment at this center. I was told that I would receive a call concerning whether this was covered under my insurance. My appointment is in 3 business days and I have received no call or mail from this center. I have repeatedly called the center and receive a message saying that all circuits are busy or that this call is not allowed in my area. I have called three different days. I have to request a sub for my job and I am not taking a day off if I am not assured that this is covered by my insurance. I cannot believe that this is a reputable medical office that you cannot contact or communicate with. I fear that this may NOT be a reputable medical office. I made an appointment at this center. The doctors and staff here are amazing. They are extremely thorough with great bedside manner. They spend a lot of time with you. They are also very patient if you have many questions and are excellent with answering the questions in ways that are easy to understand. If you need any type of work done on your veins this is the place to go. Sometimes it takes a while for them to hear back from insurance companies on whether or not you'll be covered; but please be assured, they do everything they can to get an answer from the insurance comany but they can not force them to give an answer before the insurance company is willing to give one. Dr. Sebastian takes the time to evaluate you as a patient. He reviews your medical history and makes recommendations for you to be proactive about taking care of your health so you can live a quality life. Excellent listening skills.
