Staff is not friendly. They make you feel that they put out of their way to talk to you. Could not get through to anyone on the phones. They do not answer. When my mom was in the hospital, he came into her room. Never said anything but hi and bye. Afterwards, my mom asked who it was that came. I told that was Dr. Abassi. She said, "I didn't know him, I haven't seen him in years.

Every time I call for an appointment for my mom. I get voicemail. Either they don't call back or call days later. Most times I have to call several times. My mom was in AFIB and congestive heart failure. She was told that she couldn't see a MD. She would have to see the NP. Next day she ended up in the hospital. She had to be transferred to Allegheny General Hospital.

Dr. Abbasi had a pleasant manner but the time spent was very short. His explanation of what to expect and next steps was also minimal. He confirmed the reason I was referred and said that his office would arrange further tests so we can determine next steps. I indicated several schedule issues and was assured the tests would be arranged very quickly. Well, the tests are scheduled for a month away. Not certain if my condition is deteriorating or what to do other than wait. Initial meeting was acceptable but he seems very busy.

Dr Abbasi operated on my father inserting a pacemaker. He was very informative as to what would happen before, during and after the procedure. He sat down and spent time with me and explained the outcomes for a good result....my father is 89 yrs old. He is pleasant and takes his time with you even though he had a heavy schedule with emergencies that day. He is very professional and I would highly recommend him....Uniontown Hospital could use more doctors of his caliber.

Had a heart attack and 100% blockage, he placed a stent in my right coronary artery. He was very concerned and understanding. His staff is excellent. Had a problem with insurance for my prescriptions, go figure, and his nurses were a tremendous help. FYI, Walmart pharmacy is the worse, the workers there could care less about patients. I would recommend Dr. Abbasi to anyone
