WASTE OF TIME - Took 1.5 hours off work for my scheduled appointment. Waited over 1 hour and never saw the doctor. Finally had to leave to get back to work. Needs to be considerate of people's time!!

Dr. Taintor has changed my 82 year old mother's life. She was misdiagnosed three years ago with the wrong skin condition. Dr. Taintor knew exactly what it was, called in the correct medicine, and has changed my mother's whole life. Thank you for being a caring doctor!

Dr Taintor took all the time I needed to answer my questions and address my concerns. It was apparent he was connecting to me as a friend and not an assembly line patient. If only all other physicians were as patient centered as he is. I feel fortunate to have a strong advocate for my healthcare needs.

We waited for 45 minutes in the waiting room and 10 minutes in the office. We met with the nurse and then the doctor. Had a short but good visit. Dr. Tainter is always helpful but we always wait too long.

Very nice guy who is polite and caring. He explains thoroughly all he is going to do and what it will do for the patient. Really seems to have my best interests come first.

The doctor took great care and time while doing his exam. Definitely would recommend him to family and friends.

Dr. Taintor is one of the most patient, understanding, and personable doctor I have ever worked with. He has been the perfect doctor for my 12 year old daughter. She saw him for multiple health concerns over the past year and half. In the beginning she needed frequent monthly visits. Dr. Taintor was always very patient and great at taking his time to listen to her about her concerns. He gave us options and supported our discussion at every visit. I would highly recommend Dr. Taintor to friends and family.

For a little while when I would have visits it seemed as though they were always rushing through my appointment and not entirely hearing me out. Now it seems that they have slowed down a little bit and are listening to all of my concerns and answering my questions. They have become more polite and caring. If there’s anything I can’t stand it’s telling somebody (usually the doctors assistant) about my embarrassing skin problems and feeling like I’m being judged or like my feelings don’t matter. I’m glad this seems to have changed as my more recent visits I’ve felt they had more compassion and were overall more concerned. Dr. Taintor has been been willing to try new things to help me rather than just making me stay in something for clearly too long when it’s not working.

Great demeanor and knowledge

Dr. Taintor was recommended by one of his patients. And I found him to be just as positively kind and communicative as my friend had described. He took time to illustrate what my surgical procedures would be. And when the biopsy results came back, he took time to personally call me, answer my questions, and explain next steps. His staff was equally courteous and professional.

The visit was very rushed and left me with more questions than answers, though I tried to trust in his advice. Now that I've visited another dermatologist, who very quickly referred me to a general surgeon, because clearly my case wasn't one for dermatology I've realized Dr. Taintor didn't even take the time to think through my case to come to that conclusion himself. I would not recommend him to anyone, unless maybe you need a quick wart or skin tag frozen off, which his assistant will do.

Don't trust him with any skin surgery. Removing a small cyst from my scalp took 2 surgeries and left me with with a bald spot on my head. He should have recommended a plastic surgeon instead. When I came back he told me to grow my hair to cover the bald spot. I don't believe Dr. Taintor is qualified to perform skin surgeries. Consult with a plastic surgeon before letting him cut your skin.
